If you are ever looking for a company to reroof your house, callMICHIGAN EXTERIOR PROS. Five star company. Dereck and Dakoda are very professional and out performed my expectation.I couldn't have found a better company to reroof my house.They explained every thing about the job and answered all my questions. Dereck kept me up to date on every step of the job. Shingle delivery, when his crew would start the job and clean up would happen. Dereck also checked on the progress of the job and kept me informed. I was amazed that the crew did such a great job, completing it in one day, even though the weather was very cold and windy. Having had a roof replaced in the past I was concerned about clean up after the job, especially nails and scrap left behind. When I checked the ground around the house, I couldn't find one single nail or piece scrap.My roof looks great, I paid a fair price and I couldn't have asked for better job. I had a recent second story siding repair issue that I needed addressed, and with this being a rather small job I was worried that it might not be worth the time of a company. However upon meeting with the guys from Michigan exterior pros, I could instantly tell I would not have that issue. From the initial quote appointment to the temporary repair to prevent water damage, to the final phone call after completion of the project, communication was clear and direct. The crews were neat and conducted them selves in a professional manner, the job site was cleaned up with no evidence they were even there. This company did great work and I certainly will use them for future home repair needs!

We had an awesome experience with Michigan Exterior Pros for our shingle roof, EPDM roof, siding, gutters, and some additional work on our house after the hail storm. I am happy with the finished project I paid Michigan Exterior Pros to do on my house. The project was to replace rotten fascia wood, wrap the fascia, and then have new seamless gutters installed. Their carpenter, Rob, is amazing, takes pride in his work and the gutter company they use showed up, took off, leaving beautiful seamless gutters hanging on my house (still in awe how they did such a beautiful job so fast), they even went out of their way to make one inconvenient location for a downspout route to where it was convenient.Dereck / Dakota, well done, God bless.

Put up a polebarn package for us and was able to work around the November rain to still finish on time. Good quality work and communication during the process. Did such a good job had them come back and put a new roof on our home completed a tear off and new shingles. They also added a better system around a dormer to redirect water which the original builder didn't do. Gutter works so much better now. Site was clean and neat after. We would definitely have them work on any other project.
