I must say I was a bit skeptical of calling someone that I don’t know or have never dealt with before but I didn’t get call backs from references from people I trust. All I can say is what a pleasurable experience it was and my chimney repair turned out great. Wendell was amazing and such a hard worker and his wife Rhonda was so pleasant to talk to and spend time with. Communication was perfect and we always knew what to expect. Wendell even went above and beyond what was on the quote because he thought it would be an improvement and he was correct. Outstanding work and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Two 22 to have gutter guards installed. I contacted and Rhonda responded immediately providing dates for a quote. They were very thorough in answering all my questions and provided sample of Shur Flo and a prop of how gutter guard would look installed which was very helpful in making my decision. Wendell installed yesterday and explained everything he was going to do. I was pleased he took his time cleaning gutters and sealing corners to make sure the job was done right. Wendell and Rhonda were very pleasant and made sure they cleaned up the area before leaving. Job well done.

Wendell was responsive to my needs in a timely manner. He replaced aluminum trim on the front peak of my ranch style home. Price was acceptable and repair completed on time as quoted. What a pleasure working with Wendell and Rhonda. Had a leak that appeared on kitchen ceiling. Called a few different roofers, 222 roofing was the only one who responded in a timely manner. Wendell came out identified the issue and gave me a quote for the repair. Upon further inspection stated you will need a roof in about 5 years. I asked for roof replacement quote. I received quote next morning with winter rate discount. Very reasonable. We decided to hire 222 roofing knowing prices will only go up in the future. We were having trouble choosing a color. Wendell drove us around to look at roof colors. He also took the time to nail up 5 different color shingles on our roof, which was extremely helpful in making decision. Looking at colors online, we probably would not have choose the color we went with. His crew was very prompt, respectful and extremely hard working. Job site was cleaned up beautifully. We had a small project to replace aluminum flashing on one of the second story peaks that came off during a windstorms. After many companies that said they would not do it, Two 22 came out immediately(same day we called), gave us a fair price, and had it done within a week with great communication and great service. About a month ago, with all the rain, found a leak in my ceiling. Checked BBB website and saw that 222 Roofing was A+ and Accredited with BBB. Called and spoke with Wendell (owner) and set time for him to come out. Showed right on time and went and inspected roof area that was about where leak was happening. Took pictures and found much wear on roof, hail damage, missing shingles, lack of quality shingle material left. My roof was 22 years old and it looked like it was time for replacement. I just retired and this was not something I was looking forward to. Explained situation with Wendell and he said since it was winter time, and things are a little slower now, he would do his best to work with me on pricing. Did a complete evaluation and put together a quote for the work. I was very pleased at what Wendell worked out and the pricing fell within what I could handle to get job done. Agreed to have work done. Had very bitterly cold days with snow so had to wait a little to get the right conditions. Found a day that showed to be dry but would still be cold. Scheduled morninhg supply company showed up at 7:30AM and dropped off materials, 8:00AM crew started in tearing old roof off. Crew worked all day and were able to complete job in one day! New roof looks fantastic and very happy with how job was handled and priced! Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you again Wendell!

Had my roof installed be another company who then immediately moved to the other side of the state leavening me with no warranty. Unfortunately, I had a few shingles fall off rather quickly. I had damage to my siding from an act of vandalism. I contacted three companies with Two22 being one of those. The other companies never showed up for a final quote. July’s wind and rain storms played havoc to the roof of my mothers home in Macomb. Also, causing interior water damage. I called 222 roofing and Wendell was out within 2hrs to examine and secure the roof with tarps. We ended with a completely new roof. Last week my daughter and son-in-law were having a room leak fixed at their house that has been a persistent sporadic problem for several years. They have had several contractors look at the problem with no success. They contacted 222 Roofing to inspect and repair the problem. They asked me to stop by and meet with Wendell, the owner of 222 Roofing when he was inspecting the problem. I am a retired general contractor with both a Michigan Builders and Professional Engineers license. With over 50 years of construction experience, I have been involved with numerous roof leak repairs and determining the leak source can be tricky, this situation was no exception. Wendell found that the vent pipe roof boot was bad and replaced it, but the main source of the leak, was actually a bad joint on air vent pipe located below the attic space and above the second floor drywall ceiling. It was impossible to make a visual determination because the bad joint was below the fire-block sealant and hidden in the ceiling space. This was difficult problem to determine and my hats off to Wendell for finding the problem which several other roofers failed to do. Called several companies to get an estimate for replacing shingle blown out due to strong wind. They all said someone will call me back but in the meantime, talked to Wendell at 222 Roofing and he surprised me with his quick response. He came out in the next 15-20 minutes, and gave me an estimate. The job was done in the next few hours. His honesty and quick response was really impressive. Our initial experience with 222 Roofing was one that left us with a great first impression. Upon arrival to quote our skylight issue, Wendell walked us through the steps for replacement, as well as what to expect from our new skylight in terms of manufacturing and design updates from our previous model. I reached out to few companies to see if I could get someone to come out to fix a roof leak due to some missing shingles. Most companies that I reached out to were either too busy to come out quickly or had a $600 minimum to come out for a repair.I was beginning to lose hope, then Wendell from 2 Twenty Two called me back after reaching out online for a quote. I was reassured that not only could he come out quickly, but the quote to come out was much cheaper.i asked that while he repair the roof, that he also do a roof inspection and provide replacement quote. His honesty in his response to providing a quote really made me realize that I chose the right guy for this repair. His honest response was that he'll "come out to repair the missing shingles and will happily provide a quote; but that he encourages me to reach out to other roofing companies so that I'm reassured that I'm getting the right price." Most contractors I've dealt with are pushy and want to you sign immediately, Wendell's response really was so honest that it took me by surprise.The work done was very thorough and Wendell explained everything that was going on with my roof. Few months ago we had roof damage due to high wind. I placed few online requests for quotes ,call couple numbers for quotes. Some of them never responded, some did and requested $150-200 down payment up front. Finally I talked to Wendell from "222 Roofing and remodeling". Talk to him around 9am by noon he was already on site. I called 222 and Wendell answered. I had some shingles blow off and he came to replace them pretty promptly, even after I missed his first try at coming to fix it. (Sorry again Wendell) Wendell is knowledgeable and a good person to deal with and the shingles look like they were repaired right. I waited until November to even begin looking for someone to clean out my gutters and the first three places I called were either booked for the season or unresponsive. Wendell answered the first time I called and I could tell he was very busy.However, he promised to try to work me in" As promised, he and his son drove his wife's car to my house, because his work trucks were all at other jobs, and did the work I'd asked of him.
