Very satisfied with 5 Star Exteriors! We worked with a total of 4 representatives on our project of new roof/gutters/downspouts; each was very knowledgeable. 5 Star was available to work with our insurance company to make this project smoother than we had ever imagined. The estimate and work were completed in a very efficient time frame for both jobs. Clean up of work areas was impressive. Our township inspector was highly impressed with the quality of work performed as were we. Highly recommend!

Across the board 5 star exteriors gave us an excellent experience on replacing our roof! From start to finish we felt like a valued customer. Phillips guidance on the claim process as well as selection of materials was amazing. Grant was our project manager and he was on top of everything to get the job done with no hiccups along the way. I had a very good experience with 5 Star Exteriors. James did a good job providing me with a overview of the work that would be performed. He went over the different options I had available in detail. Later, when I spoke with Grant he went into further detail of the work that was to be done from start to finish. Their clean up was excellent. Other them seeing the new roof, there was no sign of them being there.

We contracted 5 Star Exteriors to do a 48 square roof. We had some roof damage from storms and some leaks I’ve been fixing for a while. They came out and inspected the roof and gave me a more than fair price for the replacement. From start to finish they were great to work with. The communication was top notch not to mention the quality workmanship. The employees were all professional and even went above and beyond what I was expecting. Highly recommend. Second time I've used them, first roof and now windows. Very efficient. Windows make a big difference We have gone from 85 degrees to 35 degrees and I close the windows and temperature stays the same inside. On time. Well done and cleaned up afterward. I want to thank 5 Star Exteriors for their work on our flat roof. From our first phone conversation to meeting with James, Grant, Nick and the rest of the crew this was a pleasurable experience. They were all professional and did their portion of the work in a timely manner, they cleaned up, and left the site as it was when they arrived.It was nice to reminisce with Nick as he is a former student of mine. Nick explained to me every step of the way the process for installing flat roofing. Doug was excellent with his siding work and Bob installed the gutter guards in a timely fashion. Grant was exceptional in his coordinating of the work and helping me install the two sided deadbolt lock (well he actually did all the work). All of our questions and concerns were addressed before, during, and after the work was completed. They showed up on time and finished the job before they estimated. My husband & I couldn't be happier with choosing 5 Star Exteriors, by referral. Philip Gere & his crew were in constant communication in regards to the start date. This Contractor is 2nd to none in being vigilant informing customers of choices and dealing with the insurance claim adjuster. That alone for people who have little to no knowledge on what to do next.. he takes care of those things with open communication with the insurance company. We found them all hard workers. When the job was done, they cleaned up around the house, nothing was left for us to pick up.. We would absolutely refer anyone who needs a good Contractor to 5 Star Exteriors. We called them after the ice storm we had in 2023. Phil came out and gave us a quote for our insurance company. He helped us along every step of the way with insurance claim process. I would highly recommend them hands down for insurance claim work. Phil kept us in the loop the entire time. As a first time home owner and having to make an insurance claim this big for the first time Phil’s professionalism and his willingness to deal with the insurance company to help me get the best out of my claim I would recommend him to any homeowner making an insurance claim.

I am giving them 2 stars not because I have done business with them, but because they have not returned my call from three weeks ago about giving me an estimate for some needed work. They have their signs posted all over town so I'm guessing that the new business is causing them to play catch up. Still, a phone call acknowledging me would have been nice.

So far the experience with 5 Star Exteriors has been very good. We have not started the actual project yet, but the entire team has been courteous, timely, responsive, and professional during the pre-planning process. They have taken a lot of time to answer questions and fine tune all the little details so they everything is in proper order. I look forward to working with them and getting started! Very fast and efficient! I hired them the day they came to give me a quote. They came out the following week on a Monday to assess the roofing project and came Friday of that same week to put it on. They were there first thing in the morning and done by dark and worked in extremely hot weather. The cost and warranty were reasonable. Everyone was friendly and very professional. PG Contracting did a complete remodel of our kitchen a few years ago. Their work is awesome! They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and took time to correct problems that were uncovered in our kitchen during the remodel. We were so happy with their work, we hired them again last year to demo our existing garage and build a bigger one. Again, quality work, always making sure we were happy with each step of the project. We will be calling on them again in the future to do the house roof and siding.

From my initial interaction with Terrence, to meeting the project manager to the crew themselves. Every interaction with PG Contracting was positive, transparent and proved to continuously not only meet, but exceed my expectations. The crew was professional, kind and respectful. They left our property cleaner than how they found it. They arrived promptly at 8 am and were completed with their task, cleaned and left by 6:00 pm.
