These guys were GREAT!This was the first time in 45 years my parent's basement flooded and these guys were able to come to the house within a few hours of my call and started work that day. Other companies I called told me they couldn't have someone there for 3-4 days. We had carpet that needed to be pulled and a lot of house items that needed to be moved.Hans was my project manager for the job. He and his team were personal, professional and understanding when I told them we have an estate company coming the following week so time was an important factor. They arrived when they said they were going to and gave an accurate time they'd finish. Needed someone out ASAP. The big names couldn’t even book an estimate appointment until 2 weeks after I discovered my crawl space was flooded. Kevin from Ajaxx Restoration came out the next day for estimate and then the very next day for repairs. Identified fungus growth and mold. Removed contaminated materials and earth. Treated area and installed vapor barrier. As I write this the repairs have been done more than one week and I still would not have even had the initial appointment with the bigger names. Beware, this company will take advantage of a crisis situation and try to charge you the highest price they can. They charged my family $2500 for a job that when quoted with exactimate (the same program they use) only came out to $1725. They originally quoted us at $8500 - $10,000 knowing that the max insurance payout for water backup is $10k.
