The worst barrel maintenance and consistency I have ever seen on a job site. Merge lanes extremely sharp. Barrells consistently over the line pushing you out of lane. I would be surprised their insurance isn't high with how many vehicles I'm sure are damaged and making claims due to how inconsistent they are placed.Not to mention detour signs posted at or after the exit. Not before giving you a warning.

Called the office and the clerk was very helpful and professional. I then reached the manager of the 127S highway project. He seemed nice and I thought he would follow through on my request. Nope not how it happened. I left my number on his voicemail. Several times over the course of a week. He never returned my calls.

This company was fixing a small stretch of road out side my office, in Portage, MI, and it took at least a month. There were barrel and barrel rings all over the road at all times, they blocked our road so we couldn't leave or enter our work place. We should have been given a notice if they were going to prevent us from getting to or from work. They were disrespectful of our time and were very sloppy. At one point I saw 3 of the employees showering themselves with our fire hydrant. I called and talked to some one at their shop and he said he would call the PM and have them tidy up the barrels and barrel rings. The following day, the employees refused to acknowledge us trying to leave our office. Kalin Construction was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It is unbelievable that a company would be tolerant of employees like yours.

The speed limit on 23 is 70 mph not 90 mph especially pulling a trailer and flying up on my rear end. But don’t you worry about it we will move over for you

If I was able to give zero stars I would. This company is currently working on a project in my town and have a done a very unprofessional job so far. Last week they hit the gas line by my children's daycare TWICE! Both times all the children had to evacuate the home, the police and fire came, and they couldn't return until the following day. The second time they hit the line, it was so bad the workers standing near the line took off running. My children's daycare provider had to rush all the children/babies to the back of the home. My child, along with other children, happened to be watching the worker dig at the line, what if when the line blew the pressure would have knocked the windows out or blew the house up? I understand "knicking" it once, accidents happen. But TWICE in the same week? No, not okay and not professional.

Saw one of their drivers in portage Michigan on august 21 at 3pm driving incredibly recklessly. Ran a red light on a right turn almost hit the turning lanes cars he was going so fast. Insanely reckless and then drove off going well past the speed limit in a 45 mile zone in front of Pfizer.

Generally go in there to pick up crushed asphalt or concrete sometimes to dump concrete tear out clean
