We had Kopke do our entire kitchen and I have to say, it's really hard to spend that kind of money! It's a difficult choice to make and it always seems like it costs more than you think it should.That was before I saw the work that went into the full kitchen remodel. Kopke made sure the job was done completely and to code. So, so much more work went into it that I expected.The job was completed later than we would have liked and we did have frustration times, but you just can't beat the quality -- especially the quality of their contractors/employees.With the timing and the frustration, I still give them five stars because they stand behind their work. I trust Kopke and would hire them again!

Kopke Remodeling & Design was a very easy company to work with. Our design consultant Jeff came up with a unique layout to fit the flow of our kitchen as well as choosing the right colors and style we were going for. Every effort was made to finish the project on time. Our project manager was receptive to calls and concerns and took care of questions in a timely manner. Overall Kopke Remodeling was organized, knowledgeable, and provided a high quality of workmanship. I will use them again in the future.Service: Remodeling

I love the way this place is set up. I love how helpful John and Justin were. I love the pricing system and the fact that they weren't pushing me towards the most expensive items. I'm hoping they come in under the price range I have in mind so I could have them do my kitchen.

Hired them to do a bathroom remodel. Not only were they never on time, but we were always pushed aside for other clients. This peeling started a couple months after the work was finished. I can’t believe the money we spent for it to be this awful! This is NOT professional work! Kopke Remodeling completed a total renovation of two of my bathrooms. The customer service with the office personnel was wonderful. My experience with the sales department, especially Ron was a great experience from start to finish. My project was completed within a timely manner and to my expectations, I also give kudos to the installation staff and my project manager for their hard work and communication. I would definitely recommend Kopke for your home remodeling needs.

Way overdue for writing a review of Kopke.We hired them twice. First, we wanted to replace the rough sawn (?) siding on our tri-level home as it had become a treat for some woodpeckers, leaving us with holes in the siding. We saw a Kopke representative at a home show and called for an estimate. Kopke replaced our siding with vinyl siding, and we couldn't have been happier with their workmanship, the cost, and the final result. The crew was very personable, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.Several months later when we had an insurance claim for damage caused by a burst pipe, we didn't hesitate -- after speaking to our insurance company, we contacted Kopke, based on our previous, positive experience. While it took longer to complete than we would have liked, that was partly our fault (difficulty deciding on bathroom cabinets) and their schedule. Whenever we had any concerns, they were willing to address those concerns and resolve them to our satisfaction. Dave Kopke wants the job done right, and they didn't invoice us until we said everything was fine. Would not hesitate to contact them again.Gayle & Carl G.

Kopke did my rather large room addition. The guys who came to estimate were great. The appointment in the showroom to pick colors & materials was a pleasure. Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Kopke Employees who worked on or visited the project during the 3 month process were courteous, kind & cleaned up every single day! Kopke worked with two other contractors I had going at the same time: Having a deck put in and having landscaping re-done. Kopke worked around and WITH these other companies to make sure I was happy. The only significant delay was mother nature not lifting the freeze on time, but Kopke did their best to get things back on the original timeline. What was a 2 week delayed start due to weather ended up only being a couple of days over the original estimate for completion. VERY happy with the results. Compliments ALL the time from friends, family & neighbors on the job well done.

From start to finish I received 5 star treatment from Alan and the Kopke team! Julie and Ron held my hand the whole way from signing to picking my products to putting the final fixtures on. But what i loved most of all was that there were no surprise additional costs and they made sure to stay within my budget! We are currently halfway through a kitchen remodel that includes taking out a wall and I could not be happier. Before we began, I was very nervous considering the size of the remodel, but things are going really well. Everyone is incredibly professional and well organized. The project manager (Mike R.) runs a tight ship and is a very good communicator (he has a good sense of humor too).I also like that they didn’t start any part of the job until ALL the cabinets and supplies were ready. We have used kopke for multiple big/expensive projects for our home and the jobs have always exceeded our expectations. We used to get multiple quotes but kopke has has always had better quality for better prices. I will also say they are patient! I take a long time to decide on things and need to see and feel different items and materials together before I can make a decision and I've never felt rushed or like my sales person would rather be doing something else. This is our go-to home improvement company and I don't ever see that changing.

I had my entire kitchen torn out and redone including removing a wall and installing a beam to support my roof. They managed to do that without destroying my plastered ceiling detail. During the design stage they worked with me to make the job affordable. Despite unavoidable delays, I found the entire Kopke team to be very responsive to every one of my concerns. They did all they could to give me exactly what I wanted and if there was a problem they fixed it as soon as possible. I will certainly hire them for future projects.

I recently had my kitchen and bathroom remodelled and I absolutely love it. All people involved were friendly, respectful and extremely competent. I got estimates from 2 other companies and they couldn't come close to the quality and competence I received from Kopke. I highly recommend them. If I could give 10 stars I would! 😊

We called Kopke for an estimate on a closet renovation due to three positive recommendations from friends and family. When the gentleman came out for the estimate, he was nice and everything seemed fine. We were told we would hear back from him in a week. Two weeks later we called the company and were told the gentleman that was working on our estimate retired and no one had any records of our estimate so they had to send someone else out for another estimate. This one took a while to get back to us as well (so by then we started the demo ourselves). They wanted $500 for a dumpster rental and $500 to haul away the debris. We were able to fit everything into 3 garbage cans and the city took it away with our regular trash. They also wanted $900 to paint a closet white. They seem very unorganized and highly overpriced.

We spent a lot of money remodeling our kitchen they ordered the wrong cabinets they installed our countertops crooked we had to have them pulled back out and re-leveled. The contractor was very nice but his work was not after the remodel we still have moldings that are popping off and the drywall repair to the ceiling as noticeable through the paint. The kitchen looks better than what it was but for the price it should’ve been perfect and it is not.

We recently had Kopke do some remodeling in our Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen; install hardwood floors, quartz countertops and tile backsplash, new doors throughout the house and some drywall work and paint these rooms. All of the work turned out beautiful.The entire staff was friendly and hard working. They left the house clean every day when they were done. I highly recommend them and will use them for future projects.

Kopke remodeled my kitchen in 2018. I had a small repair issue and they promptly sent Mike Porea out to address it. He made a few suggestions and finished the repair beautifully. I am extremely pleased and definitely give Kopke and Mike a 👍.

We wanted to remodel our entire bathroom and called Kopke. Paul came out and looked at the bathroom. We then made an appt. to go into the showroom and pick everything out. Once that was done, Paul said he would get us an estimate within 2 weeks!! 8 weeks later and we are still waiting on that estimate. Time to move on Kopke!! Never use this company they waste your time!!!!

They quoted me $70,000 for a basic kitchen remodel. Who does this company think they are?Allen.... yes i do have the right company. I think they just didn’t want to do it so quoted super high. Its ok...found a company to complete it at a reasonable cost.

I planned to do a kitchen and living room remodeling with this company. Ron, their “design consultant” came to see the house. He learned what I wanted then I asked for an estimate. He promised to get in touch with me “soon”. That was in August, I’m still waiting for that call back… If a large job like this is not tempting for this company, then I should look somewhere else!

The worst company ever, when I called they sent a Rebecca out to give us an estimate for an addition to our house "Family Room". after doing all the math she gave us a quote of $20,000 for 12x13. So we decided to go with them because they were couple grand cheaper than other companies. I had to call her couple times before she called me back, horrible customer service. But after wasting 2 weeks of time another lady from the company called me and told me that it will cost $35,000 this is all because I asked for a proposal saying that's how much they will charge us. The price doubled, and when I asked Rebecca, she told us $20,000 3 or 4 times when I asked her, this new lady goes it was just an estimate. What kind of estimate is this with $15,000 dollar difference of price? this is outrageous, and they claim they have been in business for long time. WORST COMPANY TO USE TO BEGIN WITH, WASTED MY TIME AND DOUBLED THE PRICE WHEN I ASKED FOR EVERYTHING TO BE ON PAPER FOR ME TO SIGN. DON'T USE THEM.

I'm sure they didn't just add 15k to your estimate. Like a typical customer you probably tried to get the most expensive things for the cheapest price possible. Because you didn't get your way you're going to rag on them online. I've heard nothing but good things about them and have had work done by them. Nothing but professionals with that company.
