Kevin is fantastic! Everything is explained with pictures for our roof repair/replacement. Their team also coordinated all other parties needed for the water damage caused by our roof leak including helping with everything we needed for the insurance claim. We have solar panels, but that was no problem for them. As a division of their company handles solar. Friendly & fast response!

I can't say enough good things about Gurr Brothers. We had a roof leak which left damaged dry wall and insulation in our newly built addition. The entire team was fantastic - office staff, water damage crew, environmental and contractors. Celina at the office was great to work with and very communicative. Matt R was our contractor and he was amazing. He left the place cleaner than he found it every day he was here. They rolled out mats in our house to ensure no salt, snow etc made it's way in. You can tell that they take a lot of pride in their work and really care for their customers. It's the little things that customers notice and we really appreciated everything they did for us. I would highly recommend anyone to hire Gurr Brothers, they were A+++

Had a mid-day pre-weekend roof emergency.Gurr, sent out one of the most professional individuals I’ve ever dealt with, Kevin. He generously helped with a temporary solve while waiting on insurance adjuster to do their part. Will definitely be calling back for the final fix!

I called Gurr Brothers for a quote and help with a small repair. Kevin was great and talked me through the process, what to expect, and got me on the schedule quickly. He was on time, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me, including further damage from recent storms that I wasn’t aware of.In my opinion, Kevin went above and beyond, and I will not hesitate to work with them exclusively for any further roofing issues.

I called Gurr Brothers because my husband & I thought the roof on our new-to-us home was missing shingles after a storm. I called a couple of companies for quotes and Kevin was incredibly helpful, kind & informative on the phone. The office stayed in touch before our inspection, and Kevin contacted me before he came out. We have dogs & I WFH so this level of transparency was very appreciated. He got to work right away, checked everything, and informed me that our roof is supposed to have metal flashing in that section. He offered to send pictures of our chimney because it does need work. The other companies who came out never contacted me again and didn’t tell me that our roof was supposed to have flashing there. When we need a new roof in 10 years, we will be using Gurr Bros!

Matt W. refinished our basement stairs, repaired the walls, installed new doors and new trim for us. He also created the custom wood shelf for the ledge along our stair wall. He gave us great suggestions based off of his experience, was extremely professional and hard-working and completed quality work. I would 100% hire him again and highly recommend him!

Tyler ran the crew with professionalism. Very hard-working and respectful of the homeowner. He keeps you up-to-date as to what is going on.Unfortunately, Behind the scenes Gurr Brothers is a Entirely different company. Thorough lack of organization and careless mismanagement resulted in us receiving 4 other families personnel conten. Also The lack of Professional care with are personal items resulted in thousands of dollars of items being broken, or missing. I know how upset I would have been if I was one of the family who didn't get there photos or personnel items back. These are just some of the items that Gurr Brothers gave us and said they were ours. In one Instance we were given a box of Photo albums of a black family. When I saw what I had, I informed Doug from Gurr Brothers they had given us the wrong box and showed him the album. He said "are you sure these are not yours."I said these are things that cannot be replaced. You make sure they get to the right family. I hope they did.After moving back in we had a meeting with Tyler and Doug from Gurr Brothers to discuss everything that was missing or broke they agreed to fix or compensate us for the value. The next day they called and said. We're not going to compensate you and we're gonna sue you for the balance of the money olded them.I would definitely not hire this company again to do any restoration work. If You are unfortunate and have already hired This company. Hold the last check from insurance to make sure you get all your stuff back.
