Mills did an excellent job on my roof. But more importantly, Mike Ostrowski went the extra mile and got my insurance carrier to fully cover the roof after the claim had been initially denied. Both insurance claim process and installation went very smoothly. Austin was very experienced, professional and always responsive to guide me through the insurance process. The installation team was very efficient, they finished the job in one day and fixed a couple small problems I found at the end of the day. They cleaned around my house thoroughly after the work, and they also cleaned the granules from my old shingles out of the gutters. Overall I’m very satisfied.

Nathan handled all aspects of the process for us, requiring very little effort on our part. This included explaining the process, meeting with the insurance adjuster, and communication on all aspects of the roofing project. The crew arrived on the day indicated and that small army did a bang up job of removal, installation, and clean-up. It was hard to believe just how efficient they were! A very pleasant experience all the way around!

We called Mills Roofing after a recommendation from a friend who had used them. We had some damage to our roof due to storms, and Mill’s made the process super simple through our insurance. Insurance covered the roof, and the roof was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to others!

A coworker of my sons referred us to Mills Siding and Roofing after we had some hail damage occur after a storm. Johnny Fantauzzo came out and did a roof inspection with both one of his inspectors as well as my insurance company's claims inspector. It was a good experience all the way around. Our roof got redone, all parties worked well with one another, and when the Inspector came out to see the final work done, he said "They did a good job on your roof". We are very happy customers. It is not often that one experience the service and commitment we were fortunate to enjoy with Mills. From their initial contact by mass mail, the meeting with Zach Diamantonbi (what a nice, knowlegeable young man!), through the execution of the job, everything went just as they promised. And to work through the insurance issues without a flaw was quite a feat! We have referred them to several of our friends, and also to our daughter. In each of these cases we received the same positive response to their work. The first picture shows Mills doing our neighbor's roof. The second picture is of our completed roof. Mills did a complete tear off roof job for my storm damaged roof. From start to finish they were extremely professional and ALWAYS in contact which was really nice . Austin, my sales rep, guided me through the stages of everything and helped with any paperwork or contacts or anything else I needed. The roofing crew did an awesome job, promptly tearing off old and doing a great job on the new shingles I had picked out. They constantly picked up as well. We had some hail damage to our roof and had tried to get it taken care of for about a year. Frustrating. In comes Andrew Sheffield of Mills roofing, and everything was magically easy after that. He worked with our insurance agent and inspector to make sure everything was covered. Kept me informed along the process. Since I am on the board of directors of a small condo complex Andrew had to explain and convince the board to work through our insurance company to get the roof replaced.
