Ray, Bryan and their crew from Now Home Building have worked for me twice now. In the fall of 2016, they put in a new sidewalk around the east and north part of my Troy ranch, along with a new concrete patio. Then in May, 2018, they removed bushes and shrubs and put in some nice landscaping in both the front and back. My house looks totally different now. I recommend them highly.

Ray saw me clearing some brush around some dead pine trees in my yard. Ray stopped and gave me useful information about the patch of trees. I had contracted with Ray to remove the select trees. Ray came as scheduled, removed said trees, and cleaned up the work area. I know I have more tree work to be done. I will be calling Ray back to do further tree trimming. Great job.

Not sure how great the service can be when the owner is unable to read a "no soliciting" sign. When I asked if he was a neighbor (only reason that he should be speaking to us at all,) he claimed he was "friends" with one of my other neighbors. No soliciting means no soliciting (even if you're convinced one of my trees is dying. Stay off of my property.

One of the large trees was close to my house and electrical cables, but they worked carefully and completed the job without any damages to my house or yard. I had a large tree looming over my garage with branches tangled around the smokestack that needed to come down. Ray was super friendly and honest. The crew led by Brian and James came out when scheduled, very professional and careful to not damage the garage. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for the best overall value.

They cut down the wrong tree!They were hired to do tree work in my back yard. They made a huge mistake and cut down a decorative tree in front of my house. Though they seemed genuinely concerned about the error, they then gave me a hard time about taking a little money off the price. They also left tree debris on my deck. They also rescheduled two different visits. I would not recommend this company.Also, my poor perennials that do well every year have died now due to being shocked by the amount of sun they now receive since the tree shading them was cut down.

I want to thank the folks at Now Home Building for their Professional and Timely response to our call after a terrific wind storm. We had trees uprooted and in danger of causing further damage. After speaking with Cheryl who was very courteous and understanding, Ray and Tony were at our home within 3 hours of the trees coming down. They were able to reassure us that they could take care of the trees and give us peace of mind. Their crew was at our home the next day taking care of the trees and cleaning up and removing the branches and debris. I can't say enough about the our experience in a pressing situation. Wow Amazing!! I HIGHLEY recommend this company and the awesome people who own and work there. I got a quote, told me it would be 2-4 weeks. They showed up in 2 weeks, trimmed out 8 trees, took down one and did it all in one afternoon and totally cleaned up!! What an awesome job. IF YOU NEED TREE WORK....THIS IS THE PLACE!! Totally insured and licensed!

This company solicited door to door in my neighborhood, and followed up with a phone call. My family was in need of getting our large oak tree trimmed. For $600, they trimmed some branches, but the spikes they used to climb up the tree created holes and ripped the bark, it looks horrible. Even worse, we learned that oak trees should only be cut in January (they did it in April). Our tree is now losing leaves, and there are several cracks in the trunk. We are waiting for Davey Tree Service to come assess whether our tree has oak wilt now. Davey confirmed that a knowledgeable company would recommend trimming to be done in January, NOT APRIL because fresh cuts can attract the bugs that cause this disease. We are sick about this, and definitely learned our lesson to never hire a company that solicits door to door.

A salesperson ignored the 'no soliciting' sign on our door and banged on the door several times until I answered. He then told me a tree in our front yard was a fruit tree (it's a dogwood) and that it badly needed 'decluttering' - completely untrue, according to the licensed arborist that had inspected it a week before.
