I had an outstanding experience with Jay and the Patriot Homes team. Jay helped me every step of the way through the insurance claim process, providing me options and sound advice. He was my true advocate with my best interests at the forefront.Once it came time for install his crews were on time, worked incredibly hard through some adverse weather, were always professional, and cleaned up completely after they were done. Most importantly, the craftsmanship is top notch. The local building inspector made multiple comments about the quality of their work.

They were incredible to work with - Jay and his whole team, from Bob, Chris our Project Manager (who met with Insurance Adjusters multiple times) to the crew leader Jose and his install team! Our roof replacement and new siding turned out perfect! Any issues that arose were addressed immediately and professionally. The roof was completed in a single day and the siding was finished in 2 ½ days. The installers were skilled, efficient, and likeable. All was coordinated perfectly. Brian took great care of us and made the whole process easy and seamless. Patriot Homes and Cindy were excellent to work with when our home sustained storm damage. Cindy worked directly with our insurance adjuster to get the needed work completed and payment processed. Patriot came out several times to make sure that we were satisfied with the work that was done and addressed any concerns that we had. We lost some shingles in late November of last year right before we were leaving on a trip out of state. I called a lot of different companies and most of them wanted to come after we got back. Cindy was the.only one who came out and patched the roof. We live in St. Cloud and Cindy came here 4 times which she did not have to do. They came today and repaired the roof. We worked with Patriot Homes on a full roof replacement and whole house siding replacement after damage incurred in a hail storm. Patriot Homes replaced our daughters and son-in-laws roof and will also be replacing their siding. My wife and I were so impressed by the quality of work they did, but more importantly was the DEDICATION from their project manager Chris Cohen. He worked extremely hard to earn their trust and their business. He dealt with their insurance company and did all of the work so my daughter didn’t have to worry about anything. My wife and I were so impressed with Chris as his communication throughout the project was second to none. He offered to come out to our house and check our roof to see if we had any weather related damage. We had another company look at our roof a year or so ago and they didn’t think there was enough damage. Chris on the other hand, had some techniques that we’ve never seen, it was quite brilliant in my opinion. It turned out that we did have other damage that the other company had missed. Chris worked with our insurance company just as he had done with our daughters. Chris and our insurance company agreed that we had enough damage to warrant a roof replacement. The day the crew came out to put our new roof on went very well. They were all extremely neat and their cleanup was spectacular! It’s as if they were never here as they left our house and yard in the same condition that it was before they arrived. They completed our roof in one day, so we were quite happy. We were also very happy with the quality of work that their company did! We would HIGHLY recommend Patriot Homes AND Chris Cohen to do any roof replacement on any home!
