We hired Trinity to re-side our home.Will Collins was tremendous in coming out to inspect, bid, and follow up on the job. We had no less than half a dozen personnel from Trinity ensuring that the job was correct from day one. Thorough pre-inspections, a pre-work walk through, follow up on questions, on-job responsiveness, worker courtesy and efficiency, and assurances that it would be done right or made right were consistent during the job. After the crew was done, the post-installation follow up was awesome, from walking the property to ensure a complete clean-up to scheduling the city inspector.Trinity took care of everything and made the job hassle free for me as the homeowner. We had very little add-on during the job, which tells me the bid will come in as advertised, and without many surprises. This is refreshing in an era when so many contractors are likely to bid low and then over run. All of my interactions with the sales staff and the folks in the office were so friendly and professional- they were super communicative and quick to respond.Our installation crew were easily the nicest and most professional team I've ever seen. They showed up on time, worked hard and well, and got the job done in three days instead of the promised 5-7. Many kudos to Jesús, the foreman, who was always available to come by or answer questions by text or phone call. His follow up was impeccable- it's clear he cares about his clients and their homes.Overall, I recommend Trinity - hands down the best experience and best quality work and products I could have asked for for my home and family. When making a large investment in your home, especially when you are self-funding the work, it is vital to choose the right contractor, and for us, Trinity was it. Highly recommend and would hire again if the need arises.

After a hailstorm shredded our roof in late 2023 we were referred to Trinity Exteriors. We are so very grateful to have worked with Trinity on our repairs.Trinity Exteriors performed an inspection within 48 hours of our call and worked closely with us and our insurance company throughout the entire process. Trinity excels at communication with their clients, and we were consistently apprised of what was happening and when. They delivered on their promises each and every time. In addition, each member of the Trinity team we interacted with were extremely pleasant and professional.The quality of the workmanship shows in the final product. The roofing crew completed our 30-square roof in one day. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and are happy to give our highest recommendation to Trinity Exteriors.

We hired Trinity Exteriors to complete siding on the north side of our home and are extremely pleased with the result. Kevin did excellent work with the installation. He made recommendations along the way to improve quality of end result and always asked for our input to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. As a customer, it is appreciated to be included in the decision-making process prior to action being taken and Kevin clearly communicated any concerns to assist us in making the final call. We did experience one contract related grievance, and without going into details I will advise people to always make certain every detail discussed during initial consult is included in scope of work and price quoted. Otherwise, it may cost you more than expected when your sales person does not recall things. However, this was not related to the actual work performed. The quality of the install was really good. We are satisfied with our decision to choose Trinity Exteriors due to the quality workmanship exhibited by Kevin, as he went above and beyond expectations to be certain we were happy.

Trinty Exterior handled my roof and siding replacement after the recent storm. They were very responsive! They came out and met with the adjuster. Within 2 weeks I had a check from insurance and was ready to schedule the work. At 6 Weeks after the storm all of the work was done and I am just waiting to wrap up the last of the insurance stuff and see the final bill. That will likely take a bit since the storm effected a lot of homes in the area.So far I am very happy with Trinity Exteriors! They have been great to work with responsive, timely and did quality work!UPDATE: I have received the final invoice. Everything was exactly as they had said it would be. Cedar shakes on the front of house replaced with prefinished Hardie Board shakes. Sales person and owner were very cordial and thoughtful. Their original bid was 50% higher than my other two bids and I told them so. They came back with a bid that was reasonable, but still the highest. I went with them because they instilled trust in me. There were some hiccups in communication as to what was necessary to get the project rolling - i.e. color. I didn't realize they needed my color selection prior to getting me on their schedule. After that I was informed that there was difficulty in procuring the materials. Those issues ended up causing my installation to be delayed two months. The installation was done well with just a small issue required to be remedied to to pass inspection. They did a good job. I would have liked them to do a walk-through after the job was completed, but they did not. It would have avoided a second inspection. Overall, I would recommend them. I believe they care about their service and take pride in what they do.

After receiving hail damage on our roof and siding we decided to do all new roof, siding and windows with Trinity Exteriors. They had replaced a roof on our home previously in addition to new gutters and gutter helmet product. We were again VERY PLEASED with their workmanship, conception ideas for the siding and window styles, and loved the workmen and women that did the job. Ted and Will helped all along the way, Tim was a great project manager that kept materials and people moving in a timely manner. There were a few decisions made on the fly and the team was great in making those happen. I could not be happier with their ideas, workmanship, responsiveness and follow through. We used Trinity Exteriors to replace our roof because of the hail damage in May 2022. The entire experience, from start to finish, exceeded our expectations. They communicated with us throughout the entire process and worked with our insurance company to make it a positive customer experience.The roofing crew was very efficient and little, if any damage, was on our lawn (only some flat spots which came back). We also didn't have any nails in the yard or on the driveway. The team also followed up with us to ensure everything was perfect.Getting a roof replaced is not a fun thing and we can absolutely recommend Trinity Exteriors. We did a facelift on our home that we have lived in since 1989. The exterior was outdated and was damaged by last May hail damage. From the very start of this process Adam and Sergio along with Jesus were nothing but perfect. The insurance process is not simple but Trinity helped the entire way. From matching new colors and fixing my “less than stellar” items that I did made our home look and feel so good. The processes that they have in place allow for no surprises and leave you with perfect information on the design and layout along with timelines. The project was so simple once they reviewed it with us. Jesus is so attentive to detail and the customer. In our experience we would not have changed one thing. Great job start to finish.

Trinity was a company that stuck with me from the very start of the process of our home experiencing hail damage every step of the way. They gave amazing advice and helped me with some challenging decisions as I’d never replaced all of the siding on a home before. But the absolute best aspect was the amazing communication by the project manager, Jesus, who basically over communicated and went above and beyond to ensure we had a super positive experience during construction. The workers were extremely hard working and joyful and if was fun to reward them with ice cold drinks on a hot day. Would recommend Trinity to anyone and will call on them again if needed!

Numerous updates given and project manager kept in touch throughout the project. The crew and manager were always on time and respectful of our property. Cost saving ideas were given and they were very reasonable in price after we were given numerous quotes with other companies. Very good follow up as well after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied! Highly recommend! Our home went from an ugly yellow, to a great cavern steel!
