We got taken advantage of being new to area. We have electrical tape on pipes no junction box for exposed wire junction. New septic pump hooked up to a breaker that already runs house no new breaker for pump. The pipe is touching my heater, they wrapped sewer pipes around my existing water lines. They got paid and left work unfinished. Never would hire or recommend. Work was left unfinished for 1 months called talked to owner said just hasn't made it back. Over a week later we called and told them just to leave the parts at house that we paid for. Some truck with no markings creeped by my property to drop them off. DO NOT HIRE these people.

Called them awhile back to help work on some things in a house we were working on. Told me they would be out there sometime after 4pm. I waited until 8pm and did not receive a call so I went home.They did call the next evening and apologized for time slipping away from them and wanted to schedule to come out but I had already contacted Meyer plumbing. On 11/3 a Friday I called around 10am and requested their services for a stubborn sink drain, the lady on the line said she would have someone reach out to me after their lunch break..today is Wednesday 11/8 and I have not received a phone call back from them. Lesson learned from here on out. Called Meyer plumbing and will continue to go through them for any services we need.

Does not show up when they say they will. Pushes customers off. Very in professional would not recommend anyone to do business with these people people.

I recommend Ehrich Plumbing without reservation! Over the past 4-5 years I've had to call on Dave repeatedly for various repairs -- some quite major and others minor but inconveniently timed (it seems that something always waits to start leaking until after the sun has set or on the weekends). In these desperate after-hours situations Dave is always willing to come and help -- we'd have been underwater more than once without his expertise. Rates for work seem more than fair to me -- we are fortunate to have such a reliable and trustworthy crew of plumbers in our remote little corner of Minnesota!!

Crooks.....terrible service, rude and plumber had NO clue. Charges mileage anytime they leave the shop and refuse to disclose hidden charges in their bill. Got charged $400 for them to do a job that took 30 minutes. NEVER will use them again!
