The James gang has completed several projects for me (land clearing, new septic system, excavation, driveway, grading, snow plowing). All the crew I’ve worked with - from Wayne, Terry, Jacob, Justin, and their guys - have done excellent work & are a pleasure to work with. The value and service is great. I highly recommend them for any of their services. They installed a new septic system for me 1 1/2 years ago. The septic alarm went off and had been on for a while as I didn't hear it. Called them as soon as I discovered this on a Tuesday. They said they can't come until Friday. Really? Very disappointed.I would not have spent 18K with them had I known this is how I would be treated after the fact. Someone else offered better service and was here the next morning and repaired the BROKEN PART that I would think should have held up longer.Stuff happens, I get that, but that is when you know who you are truly dealing with. They lost me as a customer. I will be loyal to those who came to fix the issue of James Bros septic system. They will get my business from now on.ETA: So I found out it should have been repaired under warranty. Typical. I am guessing that is why they weren't in a rush to help me, no money in it.
