Had water damage due to an appliance failure April 2023 & Frank Fabio Company & crew were excellent in their response & help through all that. Wonderful quality materials, responsive & asked us questions, to help ensure that we got what we wanted in terms of colors & materials. We are very grateful for them & they went above & beyond. I sustained water damage to my home and contacted Frank Fabio Co. The team was fabulous. They kept in constant communication with me during the repair process. They promptly responded and got my home dried out. They then went above and beyond in ensuring quality work was completed. I am thankful I chose FFC for my repairs. I highly recommend them. They are a company of integrity and I am very satisfied with the results.

The team at Frank Fabio was fantastic! They were responsive, professional, and thorough, and they worked hard to make sure our project went smoothly. Jen followed up with us afterward to ensure that we were happy - our roof looks great and the team was so nice!

We had Frank Fabio step in to finish a series of house projects after a previous contractor's structural errors, and they did a fantastic job. Their subcontractors and employees are courteous, professional and hardworking. Thanks, guys!

Frank Fabio Company has been an absolute dream to work with. We had an unfortunate sequence of events happen in our 100 year old home that resulted in damage. From the moment we started the process with them it was a breath of fresh air and sigh of relief. Answered calls, emails and questions - honest representation on timelines, price and work quality. Honesty, empathy and patience sums them up. All their employees and subcontractors are great, the quality of the work is amazing. I would recommend them and use them 100x over. Thank you to each and every single one of the individuals that helped us put our house back together and delivered.

Frank Fabio Company was recommended to me by another person who had water damage in their home. My condo unit had water damage and when I called them they immediately jumped into action to help me through this process. Throw in Covid 19 virus challenges, etc.... My experience working with this company was very positive and I too would recommend them to others. Each contractor that I worked with was professional, caring, friendly and did outstanding work. Definitely consider working with this company. I will certainly do so if the need arises.

My husband and I had water damage on our ceiling that came from our bathroom upstairs. A very stressful situation for us. We called Frank Fabio Company and talked to Matt. He gave us a quote and started work right away. Day one, Chad and his co-worker came out to cut out the ceiling and dry things out. What I loved about his job is that he used his thermal camera to see ALL the water damage and to make sure that everything was dry. The next step took three consecutive days to finish. I am so happy how quick the fix was and the quality of the work. I cannot thank your company enough!!! Fives stars all the way around and a special thanks to all that helped (Matt, Thomas, Cameron, Brian, Chad and anyone else I missed – you know who you are). I am referring you guys out to everyone! *** PROCEED WITH GREAT CAUTION IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE FRANK FABIO COMPANY. ***We have lived at our home since 1995 and done business with countless contractors and sub-contractors for home improvement projects over 24 years. We have been very pleased with everyone to date, except Frank Fabio Company. My advice, if you hire this company, is:- Be present on site at all times when sub-contractors are there. One example of this is when I had to stop the roofing crew on the barn before they were going to cover fire-damaged wood framing and shingles. There should be oversight on jobs to ensure that the sub-contractors are doing the work correctly and not cutting corners.- Ensure that the employees are professionals and not teenagers who are inexperienced and don't know how to do a job correctly. Frank Fabio Company hired a sub-contractor who used his teenage children to do roofing and garage building.Other people who worked in construction were doing jobs at our property during this time, and pointed out the basic errors in roofing and trim work. Although Frank Fabio Company did, ultimately, fix these issues, they shouldn't have happened in the first place if experienced builders and roofers had been used.- Plan for jobs to be incomplete; and to have to spend a considerable amount of time reminding Frank Fabio Company of things that should have been done right the first time. First, this job that I was told would take five months stretched into 14 months. Second, an example of incomplete work is of the subcontractor who was hired to remove the debris from the fire who did not finish the job to which he was assigned in May 2018. Items that were burned were never taken the first time that the subcontractor was here for debris removal. It wasn't until June 2019 that all the debris was removed. Had it been done right the first time, multiple trips would not have been necessary.- Look over the final statement that Frank Fabio Company provides to ensure you are not double-billed or billed for jobs that are not done. Over $2,400 in costs related to the barn were ones that I had paid for and that Frank Fabio Company did not do. Although this was adjusted, what concerned me then and still does is the fact that multiple charges for items I had paid for were even on the bill in the first place. Had I not looked closely, this money - in essence - would have been stolen from me.- Expect push-back from Frank Fabio Company for following-through with their request to do a "punch list" of items that need to be addressed before the job is complete. I was told multiple times throughout the job by three different employees of Frank Fabio Company to create a "punch list" of items that needed to be addressed towards the end of the job. When I presented this short list, one of the employees balked about these "last minute" jobs. A "punch list" is exactly that: jobs that were improperly or incompletely done that need to be fixed before the job is closed out.- Anticipate outrageous charges for some elements of the project. For example, I was charged $100 to paint an electrical box on a barn. I anticipated that this charge would be a fair one because an employee from Frank Fabio Company implied that special paint or treatment would be required. Therefore, I agreed to it.As it ended up, the job did not require any special preparation or paint. The painting crew simply spray-painted over the electrical box and conduit with their paint sprayer. I was at home when they were painting the barn, and it took them less than a minute to spray over the box and conduit. It did not cost them $100 in paint or labor to do this.I chose Frank Fabio Company partly because of a statement on its website: "FFC, Inc. has earned a reputation for honesty, integrity, and ethical standards." Dealing with Frank Fabio Company showed me the opposite in terms of honesty, integrity, and ethical standards.Again, proceed with great caution!
