Highmark was great to work with to replace our roof after hail damage in the fall. Bryan G was a great communicator, thorough, and very friendly and professional. He made us comfortable throughout the process and gave us confidence the job would be done and done well. The crew were efficient and solid craftsmen. Lastly, Highmark was patient dealing with insurance and mortgage company red tape. I would highly recommend!

Brandon did an excellent job working with the adjuster. He also went above and beyond to make adjustments to parts of my project. Their gutter subcontractor had some issues with the basics which was not expected. Roofers had to sheath the roof and in the process rehung the front gutter incorrectly. Lots of moving parts coordinating storm damage.

We are very pleased with the service given by Highmark. Bryan was very responsive when we requested an inspection of our roof due to potential hail damage. Within a day the inspection was completed and based on that a new roof was needed. Once the materials were received and the crew was replacing the roof we worked with Vic. He was able to answer all our question and made sure all went smoothly. All work was completed on schedule with professionalism and craftmanship. Would highly recommend Highmark! Will definitely use again if the need arises.

Holden just helped us replace our roof and he was amazing to work with! He was very thorough in every step and was able to answer all of our questions. He showed us a video of our roof so we could see firsthand the damage there was without us climbing on the roof ourselves. We had a leak in our roof and called Highmark to assess and repair the problem. They were very professional and quickly found the issue which was a minor ill-fitting vent cap that they replaced without incident. They also assessed the state of our roofing which fortunately was in good shape. We also had another issue which was not originally mentioned before their visit. This was the correction of a faulty installation of a bathroom vent fan. Kyle & Eric did their best to get at the problem and called me to discuss it as I was out of state at the time. They were very professional and did a number of things to get at the problem, but due to a misunderstanding on my part, were unable to rectify the issue. I appreciate their efforts and quick resolution of our original issue. They did a great job.

Had roof and siding done after a hail storm. The job looks okay from someone who doesn't know anything. Roofing was done in about 6 hours while siding took a couple weeks as only one guy was doing that job.There was a large amount of debris left behind from the work. Small pieces of roofing and trimmed siding were scattered all over the yard. Nails were dropped everywhere along the rocks, grass and driveway. Had a nail puncture my sister's tire when she came to visit. To this day, I still find nails, roofing and siding pieces outside.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

We have cedar siding damage over time on a chimney cover and it was a mess. The work was perfect, detailed, pest control and cedar replaced with alternate material that made our nightmare go away! We had Highmark come out and take a look at some hail damage on our roof. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and also took a look at some damage we did not know about on our windows. Due to backorder, we are still waiting on Windows, but the roof was done within a month of having the insurance come out! Its rare, today, to find excellent customer service. After placing a call to my insurance company inquiring about a recent hail storm, I was referred to Highmark as an organization that could visually inspect for possible roof damage. I placed a call to Highmark and spoke with Chuck to set up a visit to my home in Grant/Stillwater, MN. I was completely shocked to have Highmark at my house within 4 hours of placing the original phone call to inspect my roof. Not only was the rep (Jim) at my home the same day, but he gave a detailed analysis of the situation, was very knowledgeable, and super friendly. Although no work was needed to be contracted at the time; its the speed, professionalism and courteous nature of Jim, (as well as Chuck and Mike) that totally impressed. Even though I didn't get a chance to see the first hand work of Highmark, its because of the pleasant nature of the customer service experience that I will remember this organization. Thanks guys: When the day comes I need work done on the exterior of my home, my first call will be to Highmark.

My house took a direct lightning strike but luckily didn't burn. Highmark was our right away to cover the damaged areas. Then they replaced the roof, siding, facia, and reset some gutters. My roof had some rotted wood along an edge and water was leaking in under the eve and there was some rotted wood tucked away under the eve. It was a small job and I was concerned I wouldn't be able to find somebody to do it. Highmark came out and gave me an estimate in short order and got the work scheduled and done within a few weeks.
