Rory and the crew were great to work with on our commercial roof and I have nothing but positive things to say. This was a decently large investment for us, so I had lots of questions, and Rory always picked up the phone and answered everything completely and made me feel at ease. We had an old aging roof that needed pretty quick attention and they came through. I had gotten 4 bids from flat roofers in the area, and Rory's bid was competitive but more important than that was his communication before, during, and after. They worked late and got the project done in a day and kept me informed each step of the way. Tons of pictures, videos, and explanation that made me feel good about my decision. I'm excited to have this taken care of and no more worries about leaks in our warehouse. It's nice to find a company that does things right and when they say they will. I've already passed their name on to some friends with commercial properties and will continue to rave about them. Thanks Rory and Meyers Construction.

Rory and team did an amazing Job. I had an old parapet that left the front half of a flat residential roof totally rotted and Rory’s team was in and out in one day and went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. If you need a flat roof, Meyers Construction & Consulting is the way to go. My 100 year old city house needed a new roof and I reached out to several companies for bids. Rory responded quickly, took the time to go through all of the different options with me, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. His prices were very competitive with the other companies that eventually showed up for a bid. During the install, I received multiple updates from Rory each day with pictures and videos of the progress they were making. His crew was great and made sure to leave my property very clean at the end of the process. I went with a TPO roof and my upstairs AC is finally able to keep up with these 100 degree days. Rory and his crew did an amazing job! We could not be happier with our roof. Rory was quick to respond to any questions I had. We had a temporary delay in getting the roofing material to the site and he sent his crew to install the underlayment to protect against rain. They showed up the next day- impressive. Rory's crew was very polite and are extremely hard workers. They also answered any questions I had. They were clean, and honestly they were the only contractor that cleaned up after themselves! All that was left was a beautiful roof!!!!! The drone pics were icing on the cake! Rory - thanks for everything you did!

My experience with Rory was by far the best experience I've had with a contractor. He took the time to explain the work he was doing, provided options, and, while responsive, was never pushy. Work was completed on time and as described. Rory went so far as to provide several updates a day that included pictures of the progress. One unexpected issue was encountered and his team was able to resolve without any issue. I wish that every contractor was as professional as Rory. Stop the presses! If you're looking for a new flat roof, go directly to Meyers C&C. Don't pass go, don't search the internet or make yourself crazy. I collected three bids (two other companies took 4-ever to come out) and Meyers materials, installation process and time for completion were infinitely better at a price right in line with the other vendors. So basically MUCH MORE for your money. We got daily updates with photos and drone footage (so cool!) and they cleaned everything thoroughly. Rory is great to work with, the roofers are friendly and altogether professional. And now we have a spectacular, safe roof for many many years to comeService: Roof installation

We have a flat roof historic home that needed some roof repair. Our neighbours referred Meyers to us. Rory was very responsive and came quickly to inspect the roof. He send us multiple options to repair/ replace our roof and the quoted price was very competitive with market rates. We went for GACO silicone and the work was completed in 2 days- Rory's team was very professional and effecient. In addition, I mentioned to Rory that we had a leak in our sunroom, and he went over and above to fix it (made multiple trips to us).
