Highly recommend Olson Roofing. I spoke with many companies when trying to find one to replace our roof and there was no question who to go with. Working with Greg was great! He didn’t try to oversell and was honest about what to expect. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and was able to get our roof done quickly. He was here at the start of the job, came and did check ups as the guys worked on the roof and even texted with picture updates, and did a final check with us when everything was done. He made sure everything was done perfectly and corrected even the slightest imperfections. You can definitely tell this company cares about doing a very thorough job and making sure that it is up to the highest standards!

I had a fantastic experience with Olson roofing. Eric was very communicative through the whole process. He returned my initial phone message quickly, had an estimate ready the next day, and was ready to go the next week. My whole job from first contact to completion took only about a week and a half. Of the 5 estimates I received, his was one of the most reasonable with the best warranty. His crew was polite, friendly, efficient, and prepared with both safety equipment and for the heat. Because they are experienced working in tight conditions in the city, his crew was able to maneuver a truck and trailer down my alley and into the backyard driveway & they had a plan ready in case they needed to leave the trailer on the street.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

Olson Roofing really did an amazing job! I thought this process was going to be long and tedious, but they made it so easy! Eric was so responsive and attentive throughout the whole process. Olson roofing was very knowledgeable when it came to the insights of our roof. We mostly needed our gutters and fascias replaced but the roof was pushing 16 years old so we decided to do the whole shebang. They walked us through options of how to deal with our insurance, but was super honest about what they thought we truly needed.Day of roof install, they came early and were done quickly and efficiently. They sent us pictures of some boards that needed to be replaced so we were aware of billing changes.Everything looks fantastic and we are very happy with their services, quality of their products, professionalism and attention to the details. I was very impressed with how quickly everything was accomplished. From the time of calling Olson for an inspection that informed me of several issues and some wind damage, to getting an adjuster from insurance to confirm damage, to a new roof on the house was not even two weeks! Roof was a day and a half job and the crew was very professional and courteous. Had a new roof done and an old dormer removed. The price was VERY reasonable. The crew arrived at the designed time and did an awesome job. Olson Roofing Systems replaced my roof and gutters in 2020. They were professional, on-time, and speedy. I recently had to call them back out as I sustained damage from a fallen tree. Korry inspected the damage and let me know exactly what needed to be replaced (thankfully only part of my gutter). Within a short period of time, had my home looking great again. Being in the real estate business I have come across a lot of shady roofing companies. So when my own roof had gotten old we were very particular in our search for a reputable company. We had 4 companies come out to give us bids. We chose Olson because they arrived when they said they would, they were honest and professional and they were able to replace our entire roof AND change out our gutters and downspouts to a different color for less than the price of just a roof from one of the other companies. On the day of install, the crew once again arrived on time, they were all very polite and respectful and they did a WONDERFUL job cleaning up after they were done. Had Olson put a new roof on a recently purchased three story, steep pitched roof of a 120+ year old house. I was turned down by a few other companies not wanting to the work on my roof due to the conditions. Eric (owner) was up front and honest about having an upcharge due to the conditions before he gave his bid.His crew was very safety minded and careful doing the work. They were always properly harnessed and secured in case anything happened. Eric was very responsive to any issues I had and was very good at explaining what was happening. He was also good working with me to resolve any situation (which were not many) and not just gauging me with a cost.Olson gave me a fair bid on a quality shingle. I am having Olson re-roof my current residence about to be put on the market and recommend using them for your roof. (Beware of low bids based on low quality shingles or non-certified installers.
