The foreman Mike C. answered my many calls and questions with a very professional attitude. He was very clean and informative on any changes that happened during the installation. I am a tradesmen and his work is some of the best that I have seen for residential work. His assistant Keith B. was equally as professional. Honesty goes a long way with me. Never met these people. But had a ac issue today over 100 degrees outside full time single father life. Everyone else I called wanted to charge me tons to come out after hours etc . This guy calls free of charge tells me something to go try not to waste my money. Tells me this heat a common problem and it worked....can't say how thankfully I am seeing honest good bussiness people will use now for anything I need. Great honest service.

Michael Crawford and Michael Davis were excellent. They arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. on a morning when temps were in the single digit to replace a heat pump. They worked non stop until 2:30. They were friendly and polite. I was able to go about my routine without problem while they were here. They cleaned up everything very well! Would highly recommend.

A contractor recommended this service for boiler problems. First I left a message and never got a returned call. Next I called the St. Peters office where a man told me the only technicians they had for boilers were in the St Peters office -to call that number. I hung up and saw that WAS the office I had called. Time passed. I called again today and a woman answered who said she was working from home (not sure why -good weather day today) then revealed it would be a NONREFUNDABLE $400 just to have tech. come out and that amount is NOT applicable to any work that needs to be done. THEN she informed me "Oh, it looks like we're all booked up not taking any new custo" yes, she actually HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE FINISHING HER SENTENCE. This is THE WORST HVAC EXPERIENCE I've ever had in 26 years and didn't even get service yet!

Great company! We used Pioneer to service our A/C units and furnaces on several occasions, all great experiences. They quickly repaired our A/C when it stopped working last summer. They also replaced our furnace late last year. Katie was very kind answering all of my questions about the replacement. Keith, Mike C. and Mike D. did a great job servicing the units and on the replacement. I highly recommend Pioneer.

I called on the Sunday evening before Thanksgiving and left a message that I had no heat. Steve called me back in minutes and said he would be there on Monday. Our AC wasnt working and I called around 1030. We got someone out to our house at noon the same day and was able to replace the part that went bad all within 30 mins. The technician did an amazing job explaining everything as he went. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I ever have any more issues I know who I gonna call. Thank you!

This company came to my rescue!Was leaving the next day for a short trip and my air conditioner went out.Called my sister who just had her a/c repaired by Anderson also. Both her son and daughter has used them with great experiences. Called the number and Steve answered and was very accommodating to my urgent request.The service tech was here and gone within 35 minutes of arriving that night.They could have hit me with a large repair bill but they did not. Offered me specials and future inspections for the fall and spring.I would recommend this company to family and friends.

We had an emergency in the middle the night on one of the hottest days of the year this past summer. We got home from a visit with our in laws to find our house significantly hotter than we left it. My husband and I wouldn't have typically minded - we would have stuck it out until Monday so we didn't have to pay after-hour charges that our old heating and air conditioning company charged, but we had just had a baby!!! We didn't want our little girl to have to suffer through heat any longer than she had to. We called our old service provider and left a message.... after 3 hours without even a returned phone call, my husband started to call around. It was just too hot to keep waiting! Four companies were contacted and all told us "it's unlikely that our technician will have time to see you on a Saturday on such short notice - we're really busy." and ALL of those companies would have charged us a flat rate after-hour fee of $150 min!!!!Finally he called Anderson. He was transferred directly to the technician and told that we could be serviced same day! Also... NO AFTER-HOUR CHARGES!!!!!! The guy came out, he was polite, respectful, clean, had all his teeth, and fixed our air conditioner SAME DAY!!!We so appreciate Anderson and their commitment to customer service and quality work!!! Thanks guys!

Prompt service on a Saturday morning! No extra charges for the weekend. Replaced a locked up condenser on my old air conditioning unit and checked the freon. Very reasonable price. Fast and friendly! I highly recommend and will be sure to use them when I'm ready to replace my unit.

The person I talked to on the phone was very nice and the tech (Nick) that came out was friendly, explained what he was doing the whole time, and let me know up front how much it would cost. On the hottest day of the year (so far) our AC went out. Luckily my wife and kids were out of town, so only the dog and I had to suffer through it. Also lucky for us, Anderson Heating and Cooling exist, because they were AMAZING. I called Nick at Anderson, and after explaining the situation, he said he would swing by that very evening to take a look. He came over, was super professional and prepared. Quickly figured out the issue, and within an hour the AC was working again. Awesome service, great rates, personable technicians. If you have AC issues, don't call anywhere else. You'll be wasting your time and money.

During one of the 2021 first heat waves, my AC decided to suddenly quit. Hearing that Pioneer Electric had a mechanical division, I called up Mr. Stanley, and let him know my issue. Next day, someone was out to give the bad news that my coil, and unit was done.Within a week, the Pioneer boys stopped by and replaced everything. The boys kept me updated, got the job done, cleaned up better than what I had waiting for them, and got the house far away from it's prior 88 degrees. The guys Steve sent out to do the work did exactly what he said they would do. Had to have the whole system replaced. (15 years on the old one) After 6 months my electric bill is almost half than from the previous system. Also, Katie was able to get us more of a rebate from Ameren than we had thought we were getting. Great job guys.

When their service reps come in to repair or check our units out, they are efficient and thorough. When our HVAC needed to be replaced, Pioneer helped us work with our home warranty company which was no easy feat. At the time, we decided to use the existing electronic air purifier. However, we decided recently to switch to a standard air filter to make things easier. Steve came out right away and they got it switched over right away! We have been much more happy with air flow and even the upstairs is colder than ever during this summer heat!
