My wife and I just recently completed a massive home addition project with ST Evans as our GC. The project nearly doubled the size of our Clayton home, spanning three floors including adding onto the basement. Besides the high quality of the work, the attention to detail, and their professionalism, what we liked best about ST Evans is that they are good, honest people. What that means is they were very responsive, usually getting back to us about any concerns within the hour, at the latest later that day, and they stood by their work. We had heard a lot of horror stories about other general contractors essentially ghosting their customers or doing shoddy work. Our experience with ST Evans was exactly the opposite. Recently resurfaced our deck. Did a great job. They went above and beyond to ensure the deck was strong and sturdy to put the new boards onto. The work they did was polished with good detail and didn't break the bank. For example: Noticing our dog chewed some of the old painted J channel and replacing it with new trim pieces so the siding looks better with the new deck, can't want for better attention to detail than that. As a newer home owner we appreciate them helping us through our first big project and now we know who to go through for our next one.Services: General construction, General repairs & maintenance

Clayton, and Scott are top notch contractors. Their quality, and communication is really what sets them apart in the contractor world. They handled a framing repair job for me where a tree fell through the roof, and they were extremely good about getting out there in a timely manner to do the repairs. There was also some very old siding that that was damaged that I thought would be impossibly to match. Clayton, and Scott came up with a game plan to make it happen, and they did great. I cannot speak more highly of this contractor. They handled framing for me, siding, fascia, and painting on my project. They also handle roofing, additions, remodels, and much more. Also, if you are looking to install siding make sure to ask about their LP siding product. They are one of the most experienced LP installers in the area, and LP in my opinion is the best product you can go with on your property. 10 stars for these guys, but google only let me leave 5.

We highly recommend ST Evans Inc. for any home improvements. We had our deck replaced and added a large patio and sidewalk, small wall, fire pit and new exterior French doors. We are very pleased with their work. We had a delay in getting the concrete poured by the subcontractor, but that was due to the overwhelming demand for concrete for projects during the global pandemic summer. We've lived in our house for 30 years and decided it was time to have experts review and update the work we've done on our large 30 x 20 two story deck. After reading several reviews we called ST Evans and Clayton Evans came out and gave us his recommendations, which made sense, so we had him give us a bid, which was right about what we expected. Mike Perez then came and introduced himself as foreman of the project and took measurements to order supplies. We endured a couple weeks of weather delays this spring, understandably with heavy rains almost daily. Once the project began Mike and his assistants Brandon and Tim came daily for a week, including weekends, to finish the project. Mike appreciated our patience during the delay, and did some additional work free as a thank you. Once started the entire project was completed in the time promised, exactly on budget.Upon completion the site was cleaned completely, old deck hauled away, and everything look beautiful. It not only fixed the upper structurally, but opened additional space below. We are very happy with the results and look forward to using them again on our next project.
