DO NOT use this business Garland took my mom for THOUSANDS of dollars after my dad passed away. He recommended a new roof was needed when 3 other outside roofing companies said it was not needed. He “contracted” someone out to do siding repairs. Daylight is seen through my moms attic, he replaced zero actual siding as discussed, instead using putty & caulk to fill in gaps. He agreed to refund some of the thousands he charged & as of a month+ later, he has refunded zero dollars & is no longer returning any calls. If you choose to use him, do not pay him until the work is done to your satisfaction. Write out every single thing that you are expecting to be completed. Ask him if he’s recommending people to do work when really he’s contracting them out & taking the majority of the profit. Basically, do not trust him. He’s a scam.

Garland is a good honest man that knows his business, very knowledgeable you can't beat his prices and the crew that showed up at my house were very professional and proficient I was impressed, and fastttt!
