I received a flyer several months ago from Custom Remodeling that I saved because I was planning to redo my patio that was cracked and separating from the foundation. I called the office and requested someone call me back. I spoke with Priscilla she scheduled an estimate with Mr. Kelly. He surveyed the area, took some measurements and promised to get back with an estimate. I told him “how quick he responded with the estimate would determine if I would do the work with him”. The estimate was fair. Mr. Kelly got back to me several days later stating he could start the next day! I was surprised but ready to begin. His employees were very nice and friendly, willing to explain any details about the job. It took 3 days from tear-out to completion. They did an amazing job!!❤️🙏🏽 They cleaned up the debris. Thank you Mr. Kelly and your team for a job well done 👍🏽. I would recommend you to friends and family. Blessings 🙏🏽

Despite the negative reviews we decided to use them after getting positive feedback from a couple of people we knew that’s done business with the company in the past.However I only gave the company 3 stars instead of 4 star for the following reasons:Did not clean up after themselves (i.e. left drywall dust on the bathroom floors, in the tub on the toilet seats after installing ceiling fans, paint droppings was everywhere in bathrooms. Did not finish painting the top portion of the bathroom closet. We noticed the Kitchen door frame close to the bottom of the door was not painted.I will give them a 10 on installing the fans in the bathroom and a 9 on the drywall work. A 6 on attaching baseboard trim… in which they offered to do for us. My husband did a walk through with the supervisor but the lighting was poor because of a breaker issue at the time. He told us the breaker tripped and couldn’t be reset. However we discovered it was working. This is a house we’re trying to sell…. So we thought it would be easier/quicker to hire a contractor than do the work ourselves.Services: Fan installation, Paint indoors, Painting, Drywall installation

Do not hire this company for any work. It was an on going nightmare. At the beginning the consultation was okay, but it took over 2 months before the project started. After several calls asking when the project was going to begin, I was told the parts that I needed had to be ordered. After recieving the products I asked for a certain counter type, but he gave me a laminated counter top after telling him over 5 times I did not want that, but he purchased it anyway. On several projects we had to redo the contract and the cost because he said he could not find the material that he needed and never informed me on that. After I bought the material on my own he started the project but because of his inconsistency with material and timing, I had a mental break down. So, I decided to pay him for the work he did, fired him, and finish the project on my own.Services: General construction, Home renovations, Interior finishing, Interior structural repairs, Drywall repair

FIRST LET ME SAY....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I hired this company to replace my front steps, add a gutter, and 2 -1/2 iron railings. They didn't start or finished the job as promised.... After several calls to a Mr. Wil Kelly, the owner and a very unfriendly man... a young man (who didn't know what he was doing) and a man in a wheelchair came to my home.... after eating......they worked for about 20 minutes (the man in the wheelchair was too weak to work.... he tried) and they left, before leaving they ripped up a portion of the steps......(they left the working area unsecured) I can't get in or out of my front door.... the steps were supposed to be completed in 1 day and 2 days to dry.... The owner said they said it was too hot.... several days later......they never came back.....excuses after excuses.....The week of August 7-13....the coolest week of the summer.....This company has $900.00 of my money(1/2 of the payment).....I've requested a refund and for this company to pick up these bags of concrete in my driveway.....I've been ignored....It rained last night (Mr. Wil Kelly was prior made aware of possible rain) and the bags of concrete are still in my driveway this morning 8/16/22.... If you like, please come by my home to see what this company has done to my steps....7243 Teal Ave., St. Louis, MO 63133....I made a mistake and didn't do my homework before hiring this company.... I'm going to fight for the refund.... If necessary, I'm going to contact Channel 2 News and as many agencies as possible......THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE IN HELL.Service: Deck construction

If you want HORRIBLE customer service hired this guy. Once contract is signed, owner turns disrespectful & communications poorly. Workers did good to fair work but weren't given clear instructions or materials needed most days on the job which lead to time sitting around my residence with no materials to start or finish job for hours. Then to top it off was harassed severely when came time to pay. Owner even showed up at my home as if he was parked and watching for me to come home, after I communicated I would come to office to pay bill. Once to the office I was appalled and would not have kept my dog in such a raggedy place, hall ceiling tile had large holes, office door filmsy and office in sheer disarray. The owner likes to talk/deal with customers in a bully type mentality after you sign contract. Just rethink, or get another contractor if your thinking of using this company and save yourselves a headache and lost nights of sleep

I received their flyer on my door and called to get a bid. It took a few days to get a call back. After the gentleman came out to view the project and bid the work, I never got a response. At all. No call back, no price, no bid. I was especially surprised given how friendly he was. I had thought it was a professional company, but I'm afraid it doesn't seem to be.

Worst Contracting work that I've had done on my house by a company claiming to be professional will be filing a complaint with the BBB to try to get this resolved Mr Will CEO of this Company thinks he's going to walk away with my money and my material he better think again I guess he thinking he's going to try me like he has done so many others I've found out. See you soon mr.will

Please save your self the time and future trouble. After you sign the contract they do not care. I they only did one layer of paint when they should have done, now my pain is coming off after one year. My sink is leaking and they still haven't come fix it.
