Excellent job and price. Came to the jobsite, explained what work they would do and the preparations that needed to be done beforehand. Completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up the jobsite when they were finished and showed me the completed work. Their price was very reasonable when I compared it to others that wanted to charge an exorbitant price of anywhere from two to five times for a job that takes around one to two hours to complete. The pictures are before and after. The concrete is still wet from them completing the work. Highly recommended.

Our garage floor had some voids as deep as 18” to 24” around the foundation. I chose the polyurethane foam because of the 2 year warranty and better stability. It took him all day, from ~10:30 AM to ~8:30 PM and he got it lifted back up to where it was originally. I’m so pleased with the quality, professionalism and cost, as compared to replacing the floor, that I would highly recommend them to anyone. I feel they are very trustworthy!!

Estimate for leveling concrete was detail, accurate and timely. Very good communication and started on time. Work was completed as agreed upon. Unfortunately subsurface is unseen and unpredictable but that is why they stand behind their warranty. Front steps dropped approximately 1 1/2 inches but they were very responsive for the repair. Affordable Mudjacking went above and beyond to fix our front walkway and driveway, which had sunk 3-6 inches. Everyone that came out was knowledgeable. They even offered great suggestions about the root cause of our concrete sinking, which was water drainage issues left by our builder over 20 years ago. They worked hard, and left our concrete safe and beautiful!Through no fault of Affordable's, we did have an inch or so of sinking over the following 1-2 years. This was likely due to the underlying drainage problem, which took us several months to fix. I sent Andy an email and a few pictures, and someone came and re-lifted our concrete two days later! Everyone we have worked with from Affordable gives 110%, really works to understand & solve problems, and does a great job. I fully recommend!!!

Affordable Mudjacking was great to work with on my project. My garage floor had sunk about 6-8" and needed raised. The employee who showed up was on time and after reviewing my project let me know that he was not comfortable doing the mud. He showed me how the mud would create pressure and possibly blow out my foundation wall. While I was disappointed that the cheaper option was no longer an option, I knew he was telling me the truth and not trying to just take my money and hope for the best. I ended up doing the poly foam and the project came out great. The workers worked tirelessly all day and into the evening making sure everything was level. They even fixed a small piece of my garage door that wasn't sealing right while they were there. They were very trustworthy to the point I had to leave for an appointment and they moved all my stuff back into my garage and closed it when they were done.
