2 April 2024: lots of damage in the neighborhood… but not my roof. Strong as ever, and we attribute it to the installation by This wonderful company.We hired a contractor from the lake area to install a metal roof and got as far as ordering the materials shipped directly to my driveway. Contractor says his metal roof team quit and I was stuck. I called Jamie and he saved the installation and my checkbook. Great team, Jamie is an awesome guy. Precision Roofing just finished a re-roof on our home. They were very efficient and professional. We were most impressed with their care of our home - moved flower pots and deck furniture and covered everything with tarps. Jimmy is a really great guy to help me to fix four pieces of singles falling problem, repair and even clean the drainage channels. The total cost is very affordable and reasonable. I like his high efficiency, humility, and being on-time. He explained the reason why the leakage occurs and helped me to purchase the accessories for repairing the leakage. Precision roofing did a great job installing our roof. The crew showed up on time, stayed on the job and got it done ... and cleaned up when they were finished. Two years after the job was completed Jamie was quick to respond when a siding crew from a different company damaged our roof with a lift. Jamie even repaired siding that was poorly installed by the other company. Customer response and support has been tremendous even for small repairs.
