This Inn is the cutest little off the highway place to stay! It’s incredibly clean, inside and out! The rooms are so spacious, the staff is beyond friendly and attentive, the prices areVery reasonable! Walking distance to a convenient store that has everything you’d need! An adorable little outside sitting area! My family and I will definitely be making this one of our places to stay on our travels! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed here 1 night on a road trip. I was able to get a king suite last minute for $55. The rooms are clean, front desk staff was friendly and attentive, and they had a safe and easy place to park my moving truck right by my room. The rooms also have a mini fridge and microwave, which I always appreciate.My initial experience was 5 stars. Unfortunately it wasn't a perfect experience. My room was cold and the wall unit did little to heat it up. The bed covers are reminiscent of waterproof table clothes and not breathable at all, I woke up drenched in sweat at 5am. And there was an ant infestation in my shower 🐜x💯Overall I would stay here again. The matress was comfortable and I REALLY appreciate that there was no noise from the highway or idling trucks, which I find at almost all roadside hotels. I felt safe and comfortable here 🙏 I did not go to breakfast, it looked like simple items like cereal, but most motels in this price range don't offer breakfast at all. Thank you Night Inn 😊

The Night Inn Motel, in Sweet Springs Missouri is a real gem. It’s extremely clean. Well maintained. The, young lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. We’ve stayed a lot of Marriotts,but there’s something about this old school motel when you’re on the road where you can pull right up to your room. It’s got a lot of charm. It’s definitely flagged in our maps and we will be back. keep up the great work.

I would leave less than 1 star if I could! We had booked 3 adults online along with a baby. Everything was fine until I reached there. As I would be late, I had informed them in advance, and they were okay. However, during the check-in, the person at the front desk insisted we pay extra for three adults. During the booking, we did give 3 adults and the amount shown was different. But in person, I was asked to pay extra. When we asked about the difference, the person did not want to speak further, left abruptly, and shut the door. He was such a rude person who does not even care for a baby! I have never seen such a person who would not care, and we had to search for another motel. I will never choose this again! The nearby one was cheaper as well and luckily we had a room available in the nearby place! The person at the front desk needs to learn manners.We wanted to report this to their manager and left our call back number. We are not sure if the front desk person ever passed on the information or if even the manager cares as they already have a rating! I highly recommend that you do not choose this hotel as you may end up searching for another hotel in the same situation as me.Response to the owner:I believe that the reason you have an online booking system is to show the price for three adults when you select the number of adults in the booking, instead of showing the price for two adults. Showing a lower price and making us pay more in person does not make any sense, especially since this is your own website and not a third-party website.The front desk staff was impolite and shut the door rudely. It’s important for customer service representatives to be always polite and professional. I think a front desk person must at least know the basic manners!We entered three adults and one infant, whom you should have known from the booking. I’m not sure how the front desk staff missed the infant when you can see that there are three adults in the booking.

I spent two nights here on my recent road trip, one night on the way out, and one night coming back. I enjoyed both nights. My rooms were clean, quiet, safe, and had a working fridge. That's all I look for in a motel room. The guy working the front desk was very nice and professional. I would definitely stay here again if I ever travel through this area in the future. To those reviewers complaining about the FREE breakfast not living up to their gourmet standards....this is not the Bellagio in Vegas. It is a roadside Inn that costs under $100 a night.

Not sure how this place gets such glowing reviews; it was disgusting. We made the mistake of paying before seeing the room. Upon entering, we noticed that the sofa had mystery stains all over it and dripping down the front. The carpets were nasty. The bedspread looked ancient. We didn't even bring our things in - we just walked right back out the door.The woman behind the counter showed us two other rooms and they also looked unsanitary. The last room had a dead cockroach, next to a dead spider, on the floor. While she was showing us the other rooms, I inquired about the bedding and if it is laundered after every guest. HER ANSWER WAS "FOR THE MOST PART".Needless to say, we did not stay and requested a refund, which she stated she didn't have the authorization to provide and that we would need to speak with the owner - who was, of course, unreachable. After a huge runaround, we finally end up disputing the charge with our credit card company, who ruled in our favor.AVOID!

One of the guys was very rude when I had my dialysis Wilcher Mother I asked for a room while my family was cranky and I was trying to tell him to be quiet so I can talk to the man he Rudely told me to leave or he’ll call the cops very bad place to get a hotel with sleep in the car in this place not very professional and not very good customer service I would die before I come here. Trust me go somewhere else also, I heard from my brother and sister that people who clean the rooms in there are doing drugs in there and when they ask for towels there eyes was very red like they was stone or something..

Our room was smelly and our beds didn't have actual blankets. There were sheets and a decorative cloth to make it look pretty but no blanket! I need a blanket to sleep but was not feeling like getting dressed or bothering anyone by the time we realized there were no blankets. Instead I just grabbed some small camping blankets out of my vehicle. Also the continental breakfast was a let down. Luckily Casey's is next door so we got OJ and biscuits and breakfast grabs from them instead.The room cost over 160 because we had a pet and asked for a late checkout which was provided for an xtra charge, although the key couldn't be programmed for later than normal checkout so we had to try to make sure we didn't get locked out. (we failed). The lady that checked us in was nice but this place did not match other reviews from our experience. Maybe our stay was a one time fluke though... although I doubt it.

It is a motel; do not try to compare it to a hotel. That said, it was as clean as any 5-star hotel I've stayed in and that's saying something! Are there great views, no. Is there room service, no. But what you do get for the price is a fantastically clean, private and very quiet room. If you're not looking for the Ritz, stay here. Your pocketbook will thank you.

We had a very clean, spacious room that was really unexpected for a small, independent hotel in a rural area. It was a pleasant surprise for all in the group. The only thing I wasn't completely satisfied with was the fact that I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 4 family members. When I arrived we were charged an additional $22.xx for 2 additional people because it looked like the reservation was only for 2 people total. Both beds were going to get used regardless of whether there were 2 or 4 of us and our room did not have towels/washcloths for 4 so there was no additional laundering cost for the hotel. The very limited continental breakfast choice in the morning certainly did not justify an additional $10 per person. Other than that a very pleasant experience for us. Thank you for taking pride in your property and keeping it clean and well maintained - it was appreciated!

This property is a very typical motel that used to be able to be found all over the US. Check-in was fast and easy and getting to my room was a breeze. Since it's a motel, you can park right outside of your room, which was great!The room was nice and roomy and had both a Queen bed as well as a hide-a-bed sofa (which I didn't use but wanted to note for the review). The room was well maintained and clean. While the property might be a little dated, it was taken care of and at the price point was actually better than I had expected.This is a great place for an overnight stop for visitors making a road trip. It's right off the freeway and easy to find. The WiFi was great and I honestly didn't have any complaints at all about my stay here. The price was budget friendly and much better than just down the road in Columbus.The property did serve a continental breakfast but I elected for a different option. It wasn't fancy at all from what I could see of it while dropping off the room key but these days any kind of breakfast in a budget hotel is a bonus. I'd definitely recommend this location and I plan on staying here again the next time that I'm through the area.

Late 70s early 80s era BUT clean enough that my other half did not have a reaction to dust mites-that’s a huge plus on the clean scale! Breakfast is cereal and ego style waffles (diner next door) Coffee was ready early. EASY on and off freeway, could park and drive around with a full size truck and 16ft trailer. 4 stars because the heat unit only blew cold air :)

The room is really pleasant and spacious. Comfortable beds and large TV. Everything was perfect except for one thing... The floor had bits of dirt everywhere that stuck to my feet, so I had to keep my shoes on. I think someone just forgot to sweep because the rest of the room was very, very clean. If not for the floor, it would have been a 5 star experience! Still, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and updated the rooms were, and it's great that they are pet friendly.

What a gem. The rooms are nice enough with parking right at the door. The price is right and the front desk is sweet. Stay with confidence. No sketchy people and Caseys next door does a decent pizza and wings with general store attached. Good peices too. The parking area is well lit which is confidence inspiring. Good location right off the highway...knocked off a star for road noise...that starts at 4am and ends around 10pm. Shame i didnt get a room on the opposite side to the road...ask for one if you stay here.

Listen fellow travelers. Don't be fooled by the simple motel look when u pull up to this place, okay?Cause for the Night Inn, it's all about the cleanness and quality of rooms for the price u pay.The cleanness and condition of the rooms are like a best western or quality inn. Bed was very comfortable. Tubs were regular size and smooth amd clean, nothing broken or chipped. They even folded the towels fancy like in the bigger chains lol. It's just shocking to get such a good room for like $20-30 bucks cheaper than other hotels I've been to.If u are on rte 40, mark this hotel and tellem Wendell sent you. I promise u deal seekers, u won't be dissapointed 👍*Edit: Just want to give you guys a heads up. Don't count on a great breakfast unless cereal and coffee do it for you. Only place they don't shine, but who cares for the price u pay. 🤷‍♂️

This was a cute little hotel. Simple rooms, fairly clean with exception of the bathroom. We walked in and found a baby roach on the sink. There were hairs in the tub from an unknown person. Little particles of something on the bathroom floor.. dirty basically. Parking was convenient. Check- in was fast & so very polite.I will say that despite the bathroom.. we would be willing to give this place another try. We really liked the feel of the simple, quaint rooms and the super nice customer service.

This was a fantastic local inn we booked on our way home from our road trip. The room and bathroom was clean and amenities were provided. I will note that in the 8 or so motels/hotels we booked in our trip, this inn's bed were the comfiest. I had a very good night's sleep and was ready to drive the 10 hour drive home.I really wish I took pictures to prove my point, but I completely forgot to. Either way, the pictures they have on booking.com or something are pretty accurate (We stayed the night of May 20, 2022).

This beauty was the best find ever! We stayed at a chain motel for a week prior that was twice the price and no where near as perfect. The gentleman working late shift was super friendly and they were able to accommodate my larger family with a room with 3 beds! The room was spacious and clean. Shower was hot and had fantastic water pressure even after 5 showers before mine! Absolutely stay here!

A hidden gem right off the interstate. We stayed at a chain motel the night before that was twice as expensive and less than half as clean and quiet. Staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, tucked away behind a general store and backed up to a corn field so you can barely hear the highway. We called for a dog-friendly room the day of and they were super accommodating. Shower was hot and water pressure was awesome. Honestly, couldn’t have been happier to have a safe, nice place to get some rest. Absolutely stay here!

We were traveling & needed a good night sleep... we certainly got it. Friendly guy on the phone & when we arrived & left. Room was very clean & fresh. It was nice to have a hot shower. The room was chilly when we arrived, but warmed up quickly. We didn't really give them to warm it up before we arrived from when we called... & it was zero degrees...good coffee in the morning... over all a pleased suprise & good value you

My family and I always stay here when we visit, and we always have an amazing experience here . However, this time there was a woman who was very rude to me. I needed more towels and she did not believe that I was staying at the hotel. I accidentally said I was in room 26 when I met 36. She said "Uh-uhh honey I don't think so." I corrected myself and she reluctantly gave me the towels, but her and who I believe is the owner were very rude. There was a young Indian woman working there that was very nice, however.Rooms: Very nice rooms the beds are always very comfortable. Very clean. Safety: The area felt very safe except for a few passing cars that were going too fast that just came off the highway. Food & drinks: There are two gas stations very close to the hotel, very easy to access at walking distance.
