Peter and his team are fantastic! I needed a roof replaced on pretty short notice due to our closing date fast approaching. Peter and his crew took great care of us after a significant storm loss. The communication and service was excellent throughout. There were no surprises with the cost - we were charged what we were told we would be. The shingles we chose were available pretty much right away. The roofing crew was impressive - the old roof was removed, new roof installed, and a thorough clean up done in a very timely manner. The crew was also courteous and professional in their conduct. Our roof required some additional repairs of older work in order to be properly installed, which Peter helped to facilitate. Peter was very professional and great to work with. Initially there was quite a discrepancy between the insurance assessment of damage and actual damages incurred to our home from a hailstorm. Peter spent a great deal of time working with our insurance company on our behalf to ensure a more accurate estimate of damages. He worked diligently to make sure the necessary repairs were also taken care of properly. I would also say his communication throughout the process was top notch. He was very purposeful in regularly touching base and updating us on the timeframe of repairs would look like and when to expect work to be done, which was greatly appreciated.

Around here, you’ve got options as far as roofing companies. BUT if you want someone who is timely, intentional about getting your needs met and will walk you through the entire process, all the while being kind and easy to be around… Pete is your guy!After a round of hail storms this spring, we wanted someone to come check out our roof. Quay Roofing makes the storm damage claim a lot less stressful because Peter helps in dealing with the insurance adjusters and completing work in a timely manner and when promised. Peter and his crew are able to do all this before I even had heard back from other contractors just asking for a bid. So it’s been a no brainer to just rely on Peter bc I know the job will get done and as quick as possible. I have 3 rental homes and our personal home. They are in the process of repairing damages on all. They do it all from replacing siding, gutters, windows and roofs. One year ago this company formally known as Bullett proof roofing took the job on the place where I live.When they started the siding job I was told it would be finished in two weeks . The house was stripped of all of the sidding and 6 months later I was still waiting for it to be finished . In the process of this there were items that were destroyed and stolen from us .The total amount was over 1600.00 dollars . I was told it was not going to be paid for Pete told me this When he came to this property and saw me he walked away . Wouldn't accept responsibility for the actions that his crew did . Windows were being replaced and the person doing it was standing on my furniture. Our propane bills were outrageous because there was no protection on the house. Again not his problem iwould never recommended this company to anyone.
