Jeff worked tirelessly with our insurer to provide necessary information and documentation, resulting in SIGNIFICANT savings. The work was done timely and professionally, and Jeff and Cameron made sure we were kept in the loop. Hometown Roofing was amazing to work with when we needed repairs from a hail storm. Jeff was great at following up with us on the process of our new roof, gutters, downspouts, repairs on our siding(holes), and new Pella windows. Hometown was able to get it all done without me having to call each different company to get our repairs done. Jeff handled the insurance claim, and was able to do a walk through with my insurance company. Their roofing crew was quick, and kept everything clean and out of my neighbors yard. They also were very mindful of our dogs. Making sure all of the small pieces and nails were picked up before we let them out. Jeff and Cam made sure we were happy with everything after each repair was done. It was a great experience all around. I would highly recommend Hometown.

Darrin Richardson was our sales rep and he did an excellent job from start to finish. He worked with our Insurance company to get everything that should be covered from the hail damage, covered and paid by insurnace. We didn't have to do any leg work on that. The company kept us posted on all progress from start to finish. The installers came and did an excellent job in a timely manner replacing the roof, gutters, fascia and window and door trim. We were very pleased with their company and service and sales and we will recommend them over and over for roof, siding, and gutter needs.

Along with lots of others I’m having an issue with condensation in my attic. Fred at HOMETOWN roofing came out and honestly I’ve never had a better experience. He was very informative about what was happening and what needed to be done to resolve the problem. While the company couldn’t fix the insulation issue he did help me get a dehumidifier up in the attic to start to resolve the problem. And when there was an issue with the dehumidifier he came back and put in the new one id bought. All as a curtsy call. What a nice human being and a great company. I really appreciated the help. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The contractor was very easy to work with. They took time to explain what was causing the issues I was having and the solution they were proposing to resolve it. I would highly recommend Hometown Roofing and Darrin Richardson for any roofing needs. I was selling my home and needed a new roof and downspouts installed quickly. Darrin and his team got right on the job and my new roof and downspouts were installed the next week. We had a leak in the eaves of our house, called Hometown for an estimate. Darrin is always fantastic to work with, and set great expectations for what some of the challenges might be based on the tight space they needed to work in. The estimate was very reasonable. Once we agreed to the estimate, they got the work completed efficiently with minimal disruption to our schedule (plus, they got it done before the snow fell!) I would highly recommend Hometown Roofing for not only quality service, but for how much they care about their customers.

I had to call them out for a leak in my roof. They responded quickly and treated me with professionalism. I’m in a bit of a bind financially and insurance was not going to help, so they worked out a deal with me that allowed the main issue to be fixed without breaking my wallet. Fred is the one I worked with, and I would certainly do business with him again. If I had anything constructive to add, it would be regarding a bit of a wait I went through between first talking to them and the leak actually getting fixed - they didn’t come out until about a week and a half after when they originally said they’d be out to do the fix. Despite this, Fred still communicated with me and did make sure the job got done, so no hard feelings there.

I couldn’t have asked for a better contractor than Jeff at Hometown Roofing. As a new homeowner, I was overwhelmed with how to best take care of sudden hail damage. Jeff was my best advocate throughout the process. He was patient, informative, driven, and trustworthy. He filed claims, refiled them, inspected, reinspected, etc., without hesitation, to ensure I'd be covered fairly by my insurance policy, despite the insurance company creating barrier after barrier. It became apparent that not every contractor is as dedicated, kind, or helpful in this regard. He communicated frequently and clearly, and even helped me make decisions when I was feeling indecisive about siding/roofing/gutter/awning styles and colors, to ensure that I'd be happy with my new exterior. His attention to detail and standards of high-quality work were apparent every step of the way. His team of workers were all professional, kind, and hard working. My house looks brand new thanks to Jeff and his team. Hometown roofing is 10/10 and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

When replacing a piece ofmy soffits famaged in a wind storm yhe technician noticed that my gutters were not tipped correctly and watet was pouring behind them rather then into the gutters. Hometown Roofing did a great job of repairing the problem. I have had them for other issues not caused by their installations. I have always been very satisfied with their work.

We worked with Hometown to have our roof replaced after a massive hail storm. In short, I would 100% recommend them and use them again if we needed more roof or gutter work.They were super easy to work with: our primary contact was Darrin. Any time I called the office with questions, I had a callback from Darrin in under an hour. They helped us address an insurance problem (we needed additional photos) after they had completed the work and were already paid. The photos were sent to us in under an hour of our request.The actual roof replacement was fast and easy for us. The crew cleaned up the surrounding area.I'd highly recommend working with Hometown. We've worked with several contractors for various house projects over the years and the experience with Hometown has been the best thus far.The only comment is that Hometown had us sign a contract up front that we would use them for all roof repairs under our home insurance claim and to pay them the full amount provided to us on the claim. It worked well for us, and they did a great job, but we were unable to compare prices between roofing companies.
