We agreed to an estimate Kirk provided for work to be done on our pool filter. When the workers showed up they claim they rang the doorbell and nobody was home, when in fact there were 2 people in the house. They never called nor texted to let us know they were at the door. Long story short, they left and did not fix our pump because they felt since there was nobody home, they would not collect their payment. When we contacted them and asked why they didn't call or text us, Kirk said to call someone else, gave us a symbol of the middle finger and told us to "f***" off. I am a professional business person who works with many high level clients. I would NEVER respond to anyone in that manner, especially in a written text message. Please, do yourself a favor and sign up for a Customer Relations behavorial class. Future clients will really appreciate it!!

I have used The Pool Shark for about 13 years and have been very happy with their services. Kirk has been nothing but great to work with, as well as Andrew, Cody and Thomas. These folks show up when they say they will, and even show up for regular servicing when I am not in town, which is more than I can say for some. I was surprised to see the negative reviews based on my experience with everyone at The Pool Shark.Services: Cleaning, General repairs & maintenance, Swimming pool water analysis

I have been very happy with the service these last two years. They have replaced the pump, salt cell and recently the computer board that runs our pool. Kirk has always responded to me promptly and corrected the problem. I cant say enough good things about two of his employees Cody and Andrew who are hard working and respectful. I would recommend Kirk's company to everyone who owns a pool.

Called them he the owner , i guess , wouldn't give me his name at first. Apparently he or some one came by and looked at rhe job and gave me estimate ok. Come on Friday. Apparently someone came over. He left. We were here. He told me to listen to my doorbell. I called back. He said maybe I should call someone else.oh yea. Kurt is his name?? 👋 to them

Kirk is the most rude and unprofessional person I have encountered. After a prolonged absence we returned to a pool that had not been cleaned on a regular basis. A neighbor reported that the cleaning crew were jumping over the fence to get in. A storage container they were stepping on was damaged. He has told us to fxxc off several times. We are done with him and glad to be done. No stars for this business.

Not only are these people rude to customers but to the general public also. My friend wanted to use a gas pump this morning while their crew were parked in front of the pumps not pumping gas. He asked them to move and was told to mind his own business you dumb fxxk. Guess who I'm never calling nor recommending. And I see a lot of people. Someone needs to teach them customer relations. You drive a mobile billboard duse.

I had a pool pump motor fail, which was covered under a home warranty program. We found Curt very responsive. The pool pump motor was promptly replaced. It couldn’t have been easier.

Kirk sent me a bill for a repair I didn't authorize while my pool was still under warranty from the manufacturer. If I could leave no stars I would.
