Nothing but great workers in this company. However, does this company really value their hardworking employees? It seems as if this company doesn't care for their employees' safety and well-being. Vegas heat is no joke, and to see these hard-working men taking a lunch break under the strong sun rays is unacceptable. They should at least give each crew a tarp or shade so they can rest during lunch. I know that the employees in office or the CEO wouldn't stand a chance outside like them. Please consider doing something for your employees, they work so hard for your company to not be valued as human beings.

At 12:55 PM on April 11 heading northbound on boulder highway, passing tropicana, driver 544•E16 ( license plate number of the truck who worked for your company)I watched them unsafely cut off several people on the highway while hauling a heavy load they cut off myself and many others without using a blinker, I would not recommend going to them as they are unsafe. Thank you, I would’ve recorded it, but that would be unsafe. Something your company knows nothing about.I’m surprised there aren’t more negative reviews based off of your terrible driving. You’re hauling a hydraulic CAT. I don’t know the proper term. Some kind of small excavator. And you’re weaving in and out of traffic, speeding.

Why is this company not thinking of their hard working men, working right under the sun for continuous hours of hard work deserves at least some long canopies to cover the direct sunlight. That canopy can also be used for their lunch time so that hour can actually be enjoyed.

So, there are some companies that talk the talk about customer service, but then there are those who actually walk the walk. And let me tell you, this CEO and their company are one of those rare gems that really put their money where their mouth is. I had a tiny issue that was like a drop in the ocean compared to the projects they handle, but I was blown away by how much they cared and how fast they responded. Honestly, they're just an awesome company.

Great company to work for. My husband has been with the company for almost one year, and he loves his team. I appreciate that they makes it possible for us to be involved in the community with events such as 5Ks, and the Walk for water. While working for a mom n' pop shop masonry company, I was searching for stone veneer to match the existing stone on a 3-year old home, so we could add more. The builder's sales dept. couldn't help, the super couldn't help. The rep at the stone supplier didn't know exactly, but guessed the best match. It was an employee at Hirschi that was able to tell us exactly what stone and color scheme it was. They went out of their way to help, especially when they didn't have to. Super kind, stellar customer service, and a great organization of positive people. I had met many employees working there that all seemed to love their job. So . . . 6 months later, I work for Hirschi and love my job too!

Called to get an estimate for block wall repair and refurbishment and was told by Tom that our project wasn't big enough to be bothered with looking at or pulling men off to do. When I told him it was for an 11,000 building with parking lot and I thought that was pretty sizable his comment was, "Well, what you think is big and what I think is big is different." Great customer service, keep up the great work!

Today I had something happen to me that is not common among construction workers or vehicles. I was driving on I-15 with my son in the passenger seat of my car and coming onto the ramp was a Hirschi Masonry Pickup pulling a yellow trailer (not sure what it was) but I knew we were going to merge at the same time. I slowed down let him go but he also slowed down to let me go ahead. I spend up and he smiled and waived then he merged behind me. I have heard that Hirschi employees are professional hard workers but had never experienced it first hand. I assume he worked hard all day in the heat and could have approached the situation differently as he was trying to get home. We need more kind construction workers driving construction vehicles like this gentlemen.
