Update: Miguel and his team finished the remediation of the damage and communicated with our Insurance Claim Adjuster to help ensure our claim would be covered. Miguel was there every step of the way and always kept himself available for a phone call. The team sealed off the workspace very well, so we didn't get additional debris in unaffected areas. My brother who's a Licensed Electrician for 30+ years came by and complimented on how good of a job the team had done. Being a new homeowner, Miguel and his team made us very comfortable in choosing WFM Restoration for this service. I would recommend WFM Restoration to anyone who encounters a water leak in their home.Luis came over within an hour to assess the water damage. He explained well about what insurance would cover and what it wouldn’t cover. He even demonstrated the cases that get covered and don’t get covered. He made us feel comfortable in his assessment. Absolutely amazing company! Second time using them for emergency water damage and both times the response was quick and they take the stress out of the process. Rico showed up and was very friendly and explained the process to us and made sure our worries were settled. For dealing with home owners insurance they immediately get to work opening up a claim as well as handing the removal of all the damaged walls so no further problems arise.

I've had the pleasure of having WFM come to my home in such short notice. Long story short, I've had a leak inside my laundry room that was never fully repaired. The previous restoration company prior to WFM left the dry walls and flooring completely demoed for over a year with no contact or resolution whatsoever. Fast forward today the same issue occured with the water leak in the exact same room except the experience I've had with this restoration company was a complete polar opposite of the other company.Sergio and Rigo came to my home with complete respect and professionalism. Much more than I expected. They took their time to do the proper inspections in my laundry room and throughout the rest of my home to ensure nothing was missed or unreported. They counseled me in what approaches would be best to make my home up to par and even illustrated what exactly would happen step by step to fix my home. They assured me the same mistakes the other company would not be repeated and that the repairs would be made at 100 percent completion. Fixing the floors, the walls, and everything else that was damaged from the leaks. As a first time home owner, I feel at ease knowing I have a company like WFM to do the job right. Thanks!

Called in around 5:30pm and they had someone (Rigo and his trainee Oswaldo) at my house by an hour!! Both guys explained and checked everything that needed with my bathrooms. Very informative and respectful of our home and our fur babies. They work with house insurances so Rigo put in a claim for the work that needs to be done. Explained all that's would most likely happen once claim goes thru and the process how it can be. I would totally recommend this company as well as Rigo and Oswaldo.

We had a pipe burst in our house and found mold growing in the walls. WFM came out same day to inspect and give us a quote. Rigo was helpful and professional in explaining what work needed to be done and how we could pay for this service. Super communicative and very patient. Attempted to work with our insurance but in the end had to pay out of pocket. It felt like working with a small family owned company that cares and they did everything they could to work with us on payment. Much appreciated, especially in today’s economy. Thank you Rigo!

I called WFH Restoration because ny plumber, Dignity Plumbing gave them a good reference. I am happy either the service so far. The dispatcher at the office had someone at my place within the hour!!! And the technician (Sergio A.) was polite, knowledgeable and confident. He explained that I should take action right away without making me feel rushed, he answered all my questions. I look forward to working with them and I will update once the work is done.

Nate came out and got everything started and I just want to say I cannot believe how awesome this employee is!! Not only is he friendly but very polite and professional!! I think he deserves a raise and more!! He is very good at explaining the process and making sure we understand what’s going on. Also he let me know exactly when he was going to arrive, which is great because I have a small child who could have been a sleep. Great job Nate!!!***Update****Well today was the first day of demo, the 3 workers who showed up were extremely helpful!! They packed our whole kitchen up and made sure to ask if we needed anything left out. Of course I couldn't think of anything but when I did and needed to find said items the crew was on it, they insisted they recover it which they pretty much knew where the items were that I needed... they worked extremely hard today and went above and beyond expectations!!! They let me know everything through the whole process they had to move furniture around and asked me to make sure where they were moving it was fine. Considering the state my living room is in they made sure I still have access to everything I need access to. We recently discovered a water leak in our garage wall. After a plumber repaired the leak, we called WFM Restoration LLC, North Las Vegas, to resolve the water damage. Within an hour, Sam from WFM, arrived at our home. Sam was attentive, very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. Sam took the time to answer all our many questions. Within a couple hours the water damage resolution was thoroughly outlined and, with Sam’s assistance and information, a claim had been filed with our insurance company. I saw water on my kitchen counter but thought it was from a leaking plastic cup. Boy was I wrong. My shower upstairs apparently decided to send water down my wall to the ceiling below. And drip, DRIP, DRIP. I had heard of WFM Restoration from a friend and gave them a call. They came out quickly, evaluated the issue and took pics and used very professional equipment I had never seen before. It was like they were able to look thru my walls with their equipment and show me exactly when the water had ​​gone. Nobody who needs a restoration business like WFM is having a good day, but they have done a great job. They called me minutes after the plumber (Devan from Redline, also very good) referred me and Andrew came out the next day to assess the damage and start the work. The time window was from 1-3 and Andrew showed up at 1 on the dot. He called my Adjustor while he was here, handled that, and assured me that they'd be taking care of any claim stuff with them moving forward. He found additional water in another room that I didn't know was affected by the leak. Everything was explained to me very clearly. This is a stressful process and WFM and Andrew have been great.Also, screw Kitec for putting me in this position in the first place.

Had a tub/shower flood into the wall space behind the spout and my dining room ceiling was falling to the floor...! Called the plumber and he recommended WFM for mitigation. Raul, Anthony, all the guys who worked on the clean up and demolition where great!It was truly a very stressful process with homeowners insurance, but at least the people at WFM were responsive when needed and Maria in the office was exceptionally kind and helpful.When our claim was closed they were so helpful in working out a payment plan, and when we had the claim re-opened, again so accommodating... she helped us with our very high deductible and let us know that she/they understood and could work with us.You can not imagine how nice it was to have a voice of support and understanding in such a stressful time. Our hot water heater had a leak causing flooding in our garage and into our house. Our plumber recommended WFM Restoration.
