We went with this company after our realtor had hired them for a roof inspection when we bought our home…. I will never use them again. Scheduling the minor roof repair took months of phone calls, missed appointments and lost estimates from both the initial inspector who apparently quit, and the estimator who came out - without the correct ladder - and then supposedly also quit without leaving my estimate on file. Ultimately, they sent me a random estimate for the work without that person even seeing my roof. I signed off on it just to get the work scheduled before winter, but then felt completely ripped off when two guys were on my roof less than 2 hours with a tube of sealant for that price. I requested a phone call to understand whether it was a fair price, and whether they charge all of their customers a similar hourly rate, and never got a call back… over and over, I left several messages. They refused to return my calls or emails. I ultimately just paid the invoice, but feel completely taken advantage of. This company clearly doesn’t care about their customers at all.

Eddie came looked over roof, gave a quote for replacement. Explained throughly what needed to be done. Explained how the financing works, and how to apply for financing. The office staff was extremely helpful, pleasant, nice, and helped me with the financing, and helped me pick out the tile for the roof. Eddie called and gave us 24 hour notice when they would be here to replace the roof. The employees doing the roof are very respectful, pleasant and did a amazing job. We love our new roof. I hired this company to fix a roof that had started leaking 14 years after being built. They came, did their work, and I paid them in full. Since this is Northern Nevada, the next time we had any kind of significant moisture was 9 months later, and my roof still leaks. When I contacted them about it, they said it's because of architectural issues, but if it managed to not leak for 14 years, logic tells me the problem is their workmanship. They literally had one job to do and completely failed to accomplish it. Save your time. Save your money. Find another roofing company that is competent in their trade.

We went through this company for a recent roof repair. They were quick on the estimate. They wanted a check, so I brought the check to their office. They were not ready to schedule a date for the repair, but insisted that they would call us soon. They never called. Two weeks pass and I call them asking about when the repair was going to be. They said they already did it. I had to go up on my roof and visually check. Turns out, they did. Thankfully, because they cashed the check. What is really irritating is they never called to say when they would do it, never called to say it was done. They stopped by when I was not home. The professionalism of this company is questionable. I hope that they did the job correct, hopefully the ones doing the actual repairs are better than the people running the business.

My grandmother needed an emergency repair to the roof on her condo, and I called these guys randomly. Barbara, Eddie, and Enrique were all very courteous and professional. Barbara said they they were pretty busy, but since it was an elderly person that needed help, that she would have someone there asap. Enrique and Eddie were both very informative and answered all my questions thoroughly. Everything was fixed exactly as explained and expected and the quality of their work was outstanding. They fixed the problem while it was raining to try and prevent further damage to my grandmother's property. The repairs were completed within 6 hours of my initial call to them. They went above and beyond. It is all to rare to see a business care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers as much as these guys. The absolute worst roofing company to deal with. We sent in a check for a simple roof inspection on a new building, and they received the check almost immediately. But because they didn't get the as-built roofing plans until later, they are now refusing to work with us and send over the report that they already have! Unfortunately, their office manager, Barbara, was less than pleasant over the phone - we are very disappointed in how this situation played out.

Awful!! Paid them hundreds to look at my roof which had a leak....they said I needed a new roof that would cost $19k (1800 Sq ft one story house)...seemed excessive. I asked them about just repairing the leak They refused to give me a quote for a repair. A different certified roof inspector said the roof was in fair to good condition overall and just needed some repair work. I got a quote for repairs from a non crooked contractor for $1,000. Moral of the story...get a 2nd opinion, it saved me $18,000.

Reaching out to see who handles their advertising...little did they know I was also reaching out to have an estimate. Was hung up on numerous times and the obviously young girl on the phone has no customer service skills at all. Do business with nice people...Reno is still a small town.

It's Thursday at 14:18 and I called their number to see if I could get a quote. It had a funny ring like someone was calling me so I hung up. Called back 3 minutes later and same thing happened. Phone call went to voicemail and it was full and then it hung up on me. Sounds odd to me you don't have anyone answering your phone and then to have a full voicemail. Sorry to write this review but that's not very professional.

I work night shift, sleep during the day. Well these guys have been doing the roofs at my apartment complex and it has been a week now of them making a whole lot of noise but not much progress. They seem to be getting very little done each day but the noise and mess they produce is insane. Not to mention they are taking up almost 20 parking spaces this whole time. JUST FINISH THE DAMN ROOF SO I CAN GET SOME SLEEP!
