We have an unfinished basement and hired MTD to frame in two rooms and finish one of them completely. We were very happy with the whole project, the finished room came out excellent and is just like we imagined it. We will definitely be bringing MTD back to finish the other room in the near future.When we were beginning to plan the project Matt Dow came onsite and worked with us to help plan out the layout of the room including the total size of the room, door placement, etc. Matt was very accommodating and did a great job of incorporating what we wanted out of the room into the design.When we were having trouble locating a mechanical contractor to outfit the basement with heating Matt was able to connect us with a contractor and manage that side of the installation as well.The MTD crew was great to deal with, they were very diligent about managing dust during drywall and the finish on the drywall came out excellent.It's easy to see why MTD stays so busy, fair prices, quality craftsmanship, and having Matt Dow and Holly West as points of contacts to keep everything in sync. MTD designed and built an addition to our garage that we are very happy with. We were originally going to put a "lean-to" style enclosure off the side of the garage, but Matt and his team were able to design a structure that worked with the existing roof truss system.The end result looks much nicer and we're quite pleased. Matt was easy to coordinate schedules with and was very accommodating.

This company is full of promises and never comes through. I had them install a new lawn this past summer, and my home is in the center and always is in full sun on sunny days. They used shade seed and it came in as witch grass. Their first mowing was done with a monster mower that pulled all the new seedlings and left clumps of cut grass. When I complained the owner said that he would come back and put new seed down. This never happened. If you use this company, be prepared to be very sorry with the results. They never follow up and refuse to return phone calls.
