Conde was great to work with. They did my mothers roof. A couple months later my husband & I were purchasing our new home. It needed a roof. My husband said he was going to call around. I told him to not bother to just call conde for a quote. There was no sense calling other people when we knew the quality job they already did at my mother's. After calling within 2 days (super quick) Lonnie came out & gave us a quote. We gave that to the sellers, they got their own quote & it was 5k more than ours. We went with Conde after we closed on our house, jeremiah & crew were out the following week to put the roof on. Katie in the office was amazing to work with. She is a 10/10 amazing! The roof was done in 1 day while we were at work. My new neighbor was so impressed with the process he came over after we got home & raved about the roof. He was watching the guys install. Completely satisfied with our experience using conde. Definitely recommend.

A couple weeks back we discovered a leak in our attic coming from our chimney. After a couple of appalling interactions with two of the largest roofers in the area we decided to call Conde Roofing.Unlike the other companies, Conde Roofing actually sends out skilled tradesmen (not sales representatives). They were able to give us an interim solution to stop the leaking until proper repairs could be done in the spring. One of their expert roofers named Adam showed up within 24 hours of calling for help. He was kind, professional and willing to temporarily patch our chimney flashing under non-ideal weather conditions.I can’t thank them enough. They are the only company I will ever let work on my roof!

Conde Roofing and Construction has it in spades. From the estimate to the completion of our new roof, If you''re in the market for roof replacement or service, at the very least, inquire about a free estimate. If you like how that goes, you'll definitely be happy with the complete job. Mel and his team are top notch. Incredibly thorough, down to Earth and they don't try to oversell. My 44-year-old house has been requiring a number of repairs lately, and I’ve hired a variety of companies to bring it back to its former glory. Among these companies, CONDE ROOFING was outstanding. I was extremely impressed with the quality of their work and their excellent customer service. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.Lonnie, the sales representative, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained all of my roofing options and left me with a folder with all the information to help me to review the options and make choices. It was easy to get in touch with him when I needed additional details or explanations.Once I made my decision, Katie sent me helpful information and updates about the project. It was especially helpful to receive detailed information about exactly what to expect on the day that the work would be done. Katie was very responsive to subsequent questions that I had leading up to the day the roofing was done.The day before the roofing began, a porta potty was delivered and placed in an out-of-the-way area along my driveway. The next day, the roofing crew arrived on time and began preparations. One of the first tasks was the careful and well-thought-out protection of my extensive foundation plantings. Adam, the very pleasant project manager, was on site for the duration of the day, and it was evident that he had assigned every member of the 17-member team a specific role to play in all segments of the project. The result of this excellent organization and attention to details was a very efficient and professional job, completed by the end of the day - including a final (and meticulous) cleanup.Conde Roofing has a well-deserved A+ Better Business Bureau rating and was also the winner of the “Best of the 603” in 2022 and 2023. I highly recommend this excellent company!

Called Conde roofing after noticing a small leak near my chimney. Mel and Adam came out the same day to look at it! After a thorough inspection of the roof and chimney, they discovered the cap and crown need some attention. With more rain coming, they provided materials to patch it up until the weather improves. It worked great. Awesome to find a contractor that is honest, has integrity and keeps their word. Conde roofing is the only roofing contractor I'll use as long as I live within their service area. Thank you for your quality work, attention to detail and responsiveness.

Moreover when I was dissatisfied with some flashing work, they came back out to my property and corrected the issue within one day. Really exceptional responsiveness to my inquiries. Happy with the work and the price was in the middle of quotes that I received from competitors, but the diffentiator is their sales process. They explained the roof replacement process very well, what I should expect, and then left behind information for me to review myself. Once we contracted, they executed exactly to plan. If I had a question they were very responsive and provided clear explanations. If I ever needed another roof, then I would hire again.I have a cape-style home, simple design for roof. On Day 1, it was clear that this company strives for excellence in every aspect of their work-- beginning with a phone call/conversation with Katie in the office, followed by a visit/estimate by Lonnie. Though daunting at first, I became comfortable and confident in the proposal-- even as it was updated due to changing circumstances. I appreciated each team member's timely communication, years of knowledge and experience, honesty regarding my situation, and commitment to "doing the right thing". On the day of construction, Nick, on-site production manager, kept me apprised of the work/critical changes that were warranted-- via photos, texts, and phone calls, (along with a consultation from Adam). A crew of several men and women worked tirelessly from early morning through the evening-- which was noted by several neighbors-- and ensured a thorough clean-up upon completion. Our board of directors interviewed each of the five vendors and narrowed our selection down to two vendors. They were right back out, covered roof, worked with us and insurance, and completed the repair today. They repaired with same great quality so they can honor the warranty.
