Well, the roof looks great, it was done in a timely manner, they even came back and tried to fix the leak, but now I have reached out 5 separate times via email and phone to no avail. The roof is still leaking and I have been completely ghosted. I really wanted to give them a good review but this is simply unacceptable IMO. Also, I caught the workers red handed trying to steal all the copper they pulled from the prior roof after I specifically told them to leave it. Also, still finding the roofing nails all around the house. Basic communication goes a long way.

After these crazy winds of late, I contacted NE's Best Home Service and spoke with Ann about shingle damage on my roof. She was GREAT! Very responsive and explained things thoroughly. Eric came out the next day to assess the wind damage. Within a couple of weeks they were on my roof taking photos so I could see and understand the damage. They repaired the roof that same day, making it water tight. I will need a new roof sometime in the next couple of years and I will certainly use this local business. We have used New England's Best Home Services to paint the interior of two homes and to install, repair, and clean gutters. Eric and his team are timely and efficient; they quality of work is always above expectation; and their demeanor courteous, respectful, professional, and friendly. The first interior they painted for us was an antique 1750s home with challenging painted wood to repair and match, they left it looking better than we had hoped and ready to go on the market.
