Jeff is an upstanding guy! He not only came out to a home that we were in negotiations to purchase free of charge, but also took detailed pictures and wrote up a comprehensive report that we were successfully able to use in negotiations with our seller to get us a new roof. Although I no longer need a new roof, I am extremely grateful for Jeff's genuine kindness and will be referring him to anyone I know and keeping him in mind in the future for siding and gutter work.

Had significant water intrusion above one of my windows on the second floor of my house. I called J.Cwanger Inc after reading recommendations in a local FB group. I was concerned because this was not going to be a big job that I would not get a great response. I called and left a message and Jeff called back the next day and scheduled his team to come out and check out my issues the next day. The team was prompt and they sealed the top of the window and completed the job in less than 1/2 hour. They were knowledgeable about what was causing my problem and how to fix it. The costs was also appropriate for the work done. I will definitely call back when it comes time to do my siding or if I need a new roof or new windows. Great work and great customer service.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Excellent work, prompt response, quick turnaround and extremely reasonable pricing. Jeff and his crew showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would, and did it really well.In less than a day, they stripped off my old shingles, replaced rotten wood, put on a new roof and installed a new attic fan. The crew was super clean and professional. One day later, I had brand new downspouts, gutters and guards. Given the quality of all of this, the speed was impressive.Even more impressive was the management, which began with an estimate that was so reasonable, I cancelled other estimates. To boot, the concern for me as a customer was evident in the excellent assistance in navigating my homeowners insurance that saved me time, money, and headaches.All in all, possibly the most positive major repair experience I’ve had in my 20+ years of home ownership. Can’t say enough great things about Jeff and his team. He was recommended to me by a great insulation team, so I did not hesitate to contact him. Jeff immediately answered the phone and was at my home conducting a roof survey the same day! He explained thoroughly what my issue was, even sent me a video explaining it more in detail and did not try to upsell me on anything. The day of the job, Jeff and his crew promptly arrived and got to work. They found some rotted fascia boards and panels and replaced those for me as well as the work that was previously agreed on in the contract. He also recommended purchasing some items to deter some pesky raccoons away from my home. There was some leftover trash from the work, Jeff and his team set it off to the side and returned the next morning to clear it out. All in all, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Best roofer in all of NJ!! Highly recommended!! They stand 150% behind their product and service. I want to say that there is also about 10 homes in my neighborhood also who decided to use them as well and everyone is extremely happy. They are GAF certified installer which is very important. My roof and gutters are now about five years old, and they still look like they are in new condition because I use them also to come out in the fall to clean the gutters and make sure everything is nice and tight. I had a small siding repair that I had been ignoring. A piece of siding ripped off in a storm over a year ago. I reached out to a couple people. One “couldn’t fit me in” for a few months. And I never heard from him again. The other wanted to get my insurance involved.J. Changer was mentioned on a town Facebook page so I called. Jeff called me back that same day and had someone come out the NEXT day. Jeff was very nice and made me feel like this small job was just as important as his larger jobs. Jeff and his team recently put on a new roof on our ~2,100 sq ft colonial in Cherry Hill. Jeff was very responsive and professional. He gave me a great deal considering I needed all new ply wood as well. The material was delivered the morning before, Jeff's crew showed up promptly the next morning and had the whole roof done by the end of the day. Jeff wouldn't accept payment until we walked around, he inspected his men's work and he made sure my questions were answered.
