My boyfriend and I just moved into a new home that desperately needed a kitchen remodel. We worked with Lou and Louis on this project and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience working with them. Not only were they able to deliver my dream kitchen with beautiful, high quality materials, but they were incredibly easy and pleasant to work with as well. Lou was very transparent and able to advise on what I was able to accomplish within my budget, but also went above and beyond to ensure I received everything I was looking for. Lou and Louis were also able to execute and complete the remodel in a timely manner, despite having to work through a pandemic. I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to work with on this project and I will definitely be recommending Demarzo Development to anyone in need of home improvement work. I have already received so many compliments from my family and friends who have seen our new kitchen and I am so extremely happy with how everything turned out! Louis and his family are professional and treat your home like it was their own. You would not even have known I had construction going on because it was kept so clean during and after every days work. The finished product is impeccable and the price was extremely fair. I am booking them again and I encourage you to do so as well. I am sure you will not be disappointed.
