Steve is building our forever dream home, so already, you must understand that we trust and respect this man more than the average person. If you are on the fence about working with this company, I’d give you my phone number because, quite honestly, we can go on and on about how happy we are that we chose Kanstrukt over the 5 other construction companies that we interviewed in 2020. This is the largest project that me or my husband have ever been a part of. We bought a ranch style home as the pandemic was beginning in May 2020. We worked with an architect and did our research on every aspect of building a home. Steve was the perfect compliment to our style and work ethic. Steve’s strengths include his professionalism, his honestly, his communication skills, his willingness to explain things that we are not familiar with, his ability to provide solution based support when things are out of our control and don’t go as planned, and his time management. There were a lot of variables and uncertainties involved with building a house in the middle of a pandemic, but we are happy that we have Steve as a GC—- he’s able to pivot and stick to the timeline as best as possible. I’m never moving, but if we had to build another house, we would call Steve! Beginning last winter, we used Kanstruct Group for a 2nd story addition, and they were absolutely amazing! When my husband and I first discussed doing a home renovation I told him that I wanted a contractor who would be communicative and not leave us hanging for weeks on end. My husband basically said that contractors are never good with communication. But I knew immediately after talking with Steve from Kanstruct that he wasn't going to be one of those typical contractors. Even before we officially hired him, Steve took the time to explain everything to us and even pointed out some issues that we might come across. And once the work on our house began, Steve always let us know when and what would be happening. If I had questions, Steve was just a text message away, and would reply almost immediately. We were also so impressed by how quickly Kanstruct completed our project. The entire Kanstruct team was professional, punctual and provided excellent customer service. We are working with Steve from Kanstrukt Group on the renovation of our two bathrooms. We got several quotes and his was by far the best. From the beginning Steve has worked hard to make sure we are always pleased. In the design stage he quoted us multiple designs and helped us explore new ideas. We are currently about half way done and are happy with his work. He has done a good job of interfacing with the plumbers and electricians and is always here when they are working. Every step of the way he has consulted with us to make sure we are on the right track.

Kanstrukt did a wonderful job designing and renovating. I am very pleased with my kitchen and basement. Steve was very professional from start to finish. He guided me step by step, explaining details and answering questions and concerns I had. What I liked the most was his honesty and attention to detail. His professional expertise in construction was especially helpful when what seemed like a great idea to me wasn't a great idea at all. Steve was able to explain what would work better without compromising the design. My bathroom is next!

We have hired Kanstrukt Group to perform significant remodel of a house which included electrical, flooring, cabinetry and finish work on the top floor as well as design and finishing the basement from the ground up.Steve and his crew were extremely professional. A few things that stood out were:- Steve (the owner) was very frequently present to inspect the ongoing progress, communicate important info, and quite often to do some work alongside his employees.- They made it a point to correct any imperfection they found even if I myself missed it.- I have really enjoyed the ongoing communication style as well as the fact that often I would receive advice from them with my best interest in mind rather than increasing the project.- When small changes were requested by a person performing the final inspection Kanstrukt crew were here the next day to make all the additional changes.Overall, they would be my first call for my next construction project.Services: Tile work replacement, Paint indoors, Refurbishment, Painting

During every stage of construction, Steve was on time, responsive, and professional. Kanstrukt Group transformed our small cape into a beautiful colonial. From tear off to finish, Steve walked us through every step of the process. What separates Kanstrukt Group from other contractors is the level of care and attention you get from Steve. We went away for a week during construction and Steve took care of our house like it was his own. One night when the roof was off it started to rain and Steve showed up at 9:00 at night to brush the water off the tarp to make sure no water got in. You don't get this from every contractor. I would recommend Kanstrukt Group to anyone. Thanks again!!

My husband and I are very impressed by Steve’s patience, knowledge, organization, flexibility, and communication. His attention to detail and willingness to listen to our vision really stood out compared to other contractors we dealt with. We’re in the middle of our kitchen and bathroom renovation and we are incredibly impressed with Steve’s professionalism and attention to detail! Demo was meticulous and now that we’re starting the rebuild phase, things are starting to come together with beautiful results! Floor looks incredible!
