I received a mailer from Statewide and was happy to do so since I’ve been planning on renovating my home. I called to schedule an appointment for a free in home consultation. I was contacted by Rudy. During that phone conversation, he asked me if I was doing the repairs or if it was me and my husband. The question was rude and inappropriate and I’m not sure why that mattered. Once he arrived at my house, I shared with him what repairs I wanted, which consists of keeping the same layouts but replacing cabinets, countertops, floors and vanities. He quoted a price and while writing up the price, it increased $2,000. He mentioned I was getting a lot of work done which I wasn’t. As he wrapped up the appointment, he asked for a $5,000 deposit. I’ve never had a free consultation cost me. I’m so glad Rudy’s predatory contractor behavior reared its ugly head. To all potential customers, BEWARE!!!

Statewide Rehab Inc remodeled my kitchen and two bathrooms. The contractor assigned to me was Eugene. He did a phenomenal job. He was very patient with me while I selected colors to paint my walls, flooring, countertops etc. I gave him ideas of what I wanted and he bought me samples to chose from. When it was time for me to chose the back splash in the kitchen, he actually met me at Home Depot to help me select it based on the floors, cabinets, countertops and paint color he had already did in the kitchen. I’m so happy with my new kitchen and bathrooms. He did an amazing job. Eugene is definitely the man for the job if you’re thinking of remodeling. He has over 25 years of experience in the business and he’s very knowledgeable. You won’t be disappointed.

After asking friends and looking through reviews, I contacted statewide rehab to look at my roof. Walter walked me through the process, took over dealing with financing keeping me in loop every step of the way. Installation went well, the crew was attentive and courteous, Appreciate the job that was done at my house

My father hired this company to do his roof roughly about 5 to 6 years ago and there was a small leak within the kitchen ceiling, they came out took a look at it fixed it without charging us. They were extremely helpful and courteous. I definitely will be contacting them for any issues that I have pertaining to my home. They have a customer for life I told my father that was the money well spent years ago. I got glass shower doors installed last week, that was not the problem! My problem was and still is Mark DiTiamasso, he was rude towards my husband and I and I had to put him in his place! He quoted us one price for our glass door installation and then ups the price because it was "custom made" for our bathtub/shower! Gave him $1000 deposit on my CC and then came back for an additional $600 and then asks us if we were going to stiff him for the money!! He then proceeds to talk about his sick wife has cancer and to make sure I get a mammogram and invite us to his church all at the same time he asks if we are good for the money and when were we getting our tax refund! HE SAYS HE IS THE OWNER BUT THIS IS NO WAY TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS AND I WILL BE PUTTING IN A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SEARCHING FOR BUSINESS, THEY ARE DESPERATE!! ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! 1 STAR IS NOT DESERVED MORE LIKE 0 STARS!

They have done many jobs for us from complete roof replacement, installation of 50 windows etc. in our home. We recently had a roof repair 14 years later that was honored under their warranty. No Stars deserved. This company is not to be trusted during COVID Pandemic! OK to contact me for pictures and additional proof of fraud by this company.I met with various contractors prior to contacting this company based on a recommendation from neighbor, what a major mistake this was. I met with salesman Bill Robertson on Oct 29, 2020 at my home to provide estimate for new front stairs and vinyl siding on my home. After doing a walk thru of the potential projects we then sat down for pricing and I signed a contract for the 2 projects and left a handsome deposit to let them know I was a serious homeowner. On November 6, 2020 the Masonry team arrived as did Bill for more money and I gave another three thousand (down payment five thousand dollars deposited on sixteen thousand dollar total) Masonry team did a fantastic job and I continued to contact Bill regarding installation scheduling for vinyl siding. Another week goes by sent text asking same installation scheduling question, Bill called me to say there is no dates and that my front stair repair was $5 thousand dollars. End of business dealings????? WTFFFF I contacted the headquarters to be told same. They ripped me off and told lies while they collected down payments. I am not working full time due to Pandemic and took my life savings to get this done. I am reporting them to BBB and Consumer Affairs as well as filing police report and getting lawyer. I am leaving negative reviews to warn other homeowners to beware of SCAMS like this

I wish to counsel you all to be very wary of this company. I originally hired this company to do some work in my basement which they completed to my satisfaction and some brickwork on the porch which was not done well but they did return to rework although again the finished product was not done very professionally.The real problem is they appear to subcontract (all of my work was) everything out. I was later solicited directly by Statewide's "Foreman" Mr. Leroy Richards. He told my wife and I that he was the "license holder" for Statewide and that he had another company (L&S Construction) that could do work in my kitchen. I gave him an $8,000 deposit for a job that he quickly defaulted on causing my wife and I significant harm and expense. He partially refunded money he owed and then started making numerous excuses on the final balance of $2,000. In the end I have to sue him for money he owes me for the work he defaulted on.Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company! They overcharge, subcontract out their work to unscrupulous contractors such as L&S Construction, and use enticements of 100% financing (I Didn't use) which lures you in to what in the is over-priced and mediocre work.

I am very unhappy with the level of service and follow through this company provided at the end of our window installation. We had 6 windows, some Sheetrock work, and a large bay window for a built in breakfast nook. The gaps were never sealed, Sheetrock never sanded and made ready for paint. And my biggest issue is the SEAT HEIGHT of the bay window… 3 inches too high… very uncomfortable seat. Too bad! And… after months of trying to reach out, they have gone totally silent and ignore my calls… Had so much potential to be a long time, come back contractor. I will not be going back to them. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish!Note: at the end, as a woman dealing with this contractor they would not let me talk, cut me of repeatedly, and underestimated my understanding. But if my husband spoke the nicest guys! Seriously a let down.

Mark DiTomassi is the seller. He will harass and call you constantly. If you do not answer he will show up to your house. He is the biggest lier. I can't believe we fell for the biggest scam. He had someone by the name of Howard come to your house and tell you that they do your sidings and roof for low cost and that it is a state program. In reality you are taking out a loan. And if the loan is not paid they will put a lean on the house. He tried selling bootleg watches to my husband too. These are just some of the things i can remember. Just not a good experience for first time home owners already in debt.STAY AWAY!!!!!! STATEWIDE REHAB AND MARK DITOMASSI ARE NO GOOD!!

Its shocking to read some of the reviews. This company completed my basement and we are pretty satisfied with the job and price. The terms and conditions described during the selling process matched what we actually received. There were minor items that needed additional repair and I called Bill once and his team showed up the next week and fixed everything. I am now planning to do my kitchen with them.

This company is a scam!!! Mark DiTomassi is the Seller. They come to your house telling you that the interest rate is 1.25%when u get the bill ..and "its a credit card" interest rate is 9.99%. 1.25% is the minimum paymenton the CREDIT CARD.. Theres even a $29 activation fee that they do not mention.now we have a credit card that its max out. minimum payment will take 11 years to pay off this scam...when they come to your door send them to HELL!!! THATS WHERE THEY BELONG.I will also make a complain to Better Business Bureau...

BEWARE!!!!BAD,THE WORST EXPERIENCE !!NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!WORKERS always looking for TIPS in the hand if you don’t tip they will avoid you at all times!!!! i talk to head of operation he said they will come back and fix my rear windows in my house the installer who came to my house saw the problem and lied and didn’t reported to the boss , when i called his boss he said the installer didn’t talk him about returning to fix windows he told me he was calling him now to fix the window the installer which the boss said he gave permission to fix the problem after i called him about the issue ,when i called the installer he said the boss didn’t give him permission to fix my window without a say so??? i even left messages to the lady that picks up the phone i did many attempts and no one reach out to me with the installer doing jobs in plaifield nj and no one still didn’t come through!going back and forth till this day they never satisfied the issue at hand and still leaking on all rear windows in the house 🏡 my wall is getting messed up i have videos proof that is leaking in the house i sent it to the salesman,and the salesman is just as worst as all of them in the company always forgetting stuff, i called sales guy to resolve my problem to see he can resolve my issue who got me started in the worst company in the EAST COAST!!! do your homework before jumping into this investment statewide rehab NEEDS REHAB!!!!!
