Just wanted to take time to say how amazing my roofing experience has been with this company. They have been honest, upfront, and reasonable though out the entire process of replacing my roof and gutters and have continued to be the same once the job was done. Hanna the salesperson has been terrific from beginning to end and her follow ups and check ins. Alan, the owner, is a good guy that cares about the reputation of the company as well as the craftsmanship of his work. Has 12 guys on my roof to replace my roof in 1 day. Work was done professionally, timely, as expected, and they cleaned up after themselves. If you are in need of a great roof replacement at a reasonable rate, or need any other exterior work done, you will not be disappointed using this company.

Majestic was wonderful to work with from my first meeting with Tania until completion of the project. They re-sided my home and shed replaced the roofs on both structures, replaced front and rear doors, a bay window and outside stairs, new gutters and downspouts and railings and outside lighting. This past year I did a major exterior house renovation and would have to say it was the best experience ever. I was able to use Majestic for the whole entire project which makes things so much smoother with coordination. The project consisted of new roof, new gutters with gutter guards, 2 new windows, residing my house, adding 3 decorative post to my porch and a new portico to my side door. With such a large project and in the middle of issues with chain supply demand I did not experience any delay in the timeline, amazing!!!! They were super patient with all of my questions and out to my house several times before I went into contract to make sure I would be happy with the choices and options. During the project Tonya, the project manager, was so helpful with design ideas to maximize my budget, she was easy to get in touch with to answer questions throughout the project and frequently was at my house to check on progress and the quality of the work. The workers were friendly, courteous and neat and receptive to any question or concern I had. The owners are awesome guys! Thank you, Allan and Nick for your prompt response to fix my roof. My old shingles were over 20 years old and there were visible damage (and rotted boards). The guys did a great job fixing the roof. And big thanks to Laura for arranging all the necessary logistics. The project was started on Monday before Thanksgiving, and the dumpster was taken away by Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Excellent job. I will use them again for siding and extensions to my front entrance.

Tanya and the team at Majestic went above and beyond for me with an exterior project. She was thoughtful and helpful and did me a huge favor in regards to having an issue with a previous contractor. She went above and beyond for us, and she didnt have to do that. That is the type of professionalism and integrity that she and their team have. They performed replacing the siding for one of our properties, and they did a phenomenal job, no cutting corners, and great attention to detail. The team that worked on our property brought their best everyday, coming in early and leaving late. Not only did every aspect of the job was completed to our specifications, they never hesitated to collaborate with me when clarifications were required. Even up to the very end, they ended the siding replacement by leaving the property clean from all bits and nails, and only a brand-new looking property to admire. To add to my experience, even the neighbors noticed the work ethic and the quality of the work, that they impressed as well! Tania seemed transparent and really knew her stuff —but I am really disappointed!! I paid for cedar and got pine! I’ve emailed, called and text over many weeks and gave them time to reply. The soffit project was expected to be on cedar but to my surprise it was done in pine and they tried to pull a fast one as if I wouldn’t notice —I raised this concern and I was blown off now ghosted. The guys left a sample so I know it’s pine —to prove it. I reached out many time to ask for proof of purchase of the wood used since Tania disagreed with me. I was ghosted. I know that the price differential between cedar and pine, as well as the look it gives and the way any stain would take to it. I just want to get what I paid for or refund me the difference!! Her painter contracted for the job also ghosted us too — probably because he told us it was pine. This leaves the project incomplete and I didn’t get what I paid for. So disappointed in Tania. Shame on you for not overseeing your job.

My wife and I had bought a house last year that we knew needed some definite updating. We were one the last houses on the block to still have the original cedar shakes and they hadn't been maintained in some years by the previous owners. After consulting with some of the other neighbors, the professionalism and quality of work that Majestic did was very clear.We received quotes from a couple other siding companies and Majestic was in the ballpark with them on what the total amount would be to make the exterior improvements- their thoroughness and attention to covering every detail put them over the top for us.They just wrapped up work this week and it looks fantastic! The crew was very competent and polite- they knew what they were doing and you could tell. Tania was communicative each step of the way too and I'd definitely recommend them to anybody looking to make exterior home improvements.
