He was very helpful with all of his information.. although I’m not sure if I could afford his plans, he did provide me with enough information that I could move forward doing things myself. He was very respectful and very honest and I appreciate it.. at the end of the day if I could, I would definitely go with this company because I felt safe and very secure with the information he gave in the help that I received.

Great experience. Steve and team responded expediently and with proper recommendations to best remove the water, mitigate the mold, and remove all debris and damaged personal property. Smells fresh as ever after an unexpected water heater disaster. Happened on Saturday and if not for the holiday would have been totally treated by the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Restoration Specialists did phenomenal work! We found a whole bunch of mold below our kitchen sink. The very first night we found a problem, only about an hour or so later Steve came out, inspected the damage, and provided us a good idea of the scope of work. Throughout the entire home insurance process they were incredibly helpful in making sure we didn't get screwed over. They were efficient at the work they did and completed it in a very timely manner. They also kept us updated daily of the progress they made on the project when we were away. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need!

I highly recommend using Restoration Specialists. I called with a suspicion of Mold after some showed in an upstairs bathroom. With a cough growing and a little one at home, I didn’t want to wait long for someone to take a look in my upstairs/attic area.I called Steve late on a Friday and he & his partner came first thing on Monday morning. They were professional & thorough in their inspection. They were very affordable - charged next to nothing since their time here was brief.Again, I highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will rob you of your money and do half of the work. We had the misfortune of an employee who lost their life in the vehicle. We were told it would cost over four thousand dollars to get the vehicle back into “driving shape”. They ripped the seats out and never re-installed them. When I questioned the owner he told me I was wrong and never make assumptions. Steve refused to meet with me gave to face as if I was going to assault him or something. I am in the customer service industry and I would never talk to a customer the way Steve talked to me.There are other companies out there that will do a complete job and not rob you.Please do not do business with this company !!!!!!!!!!

Cannot say enough about this company, but especially Steve Yeretzian. When I first called him, he spent over 25 minutes on the phone with me just giving me advice and suggestions. He answered all my questions, was informative, and so incredibly helpful. And this was prior to me even hiring his company! First I would like to say Thank God for Steve. I live in NC but own a home in NJ and had 40,000 gallons sit in my home for 2 weeks due to plumbing issues. I called Restoration Specialist on Saturday evening and Steve was at my house in less than 30 mins. Everything that had to be removed and treated was done professionally and timely. I didn’t have to take a trip to NJ. He stayed in contact so I stayed informed. I would definitely call them again if I had to.

He remained late into the evening to ensure we had the support we needed and patiently answered every question of ours - no matter how big or small.
