Above and Beyond lives up their name. They came to do the siding of our house as we wanted something more modern than your typical vinyl house. So between Hardie and Nichiha materials we were able to create the house of our dreams while fixing any issues that occurred from the previous vinyl siding. It was amazing to see the finished result match the rendering so well. Harry, Joe, and Eric all provided excellent customer care and were all a pleasure to talk to. Luis and his crew did an excellent job and took care of all the details. I would highly recommend Above and Beyond.

Above and Beyond came right out to check a leak we noticed in our attic. Eric arrived exactly at the time of my appointment, found the issue and made a temporary repair within the same appointment knowing that we had heavy rains coming that afternoon. He followed up with us same day to see if we were having any issues given the heavy rain and was quick to get a crew out to do the full repair on a separate day. While here, Eric also took the time to inspect the roof beyond just the spot where we found the leak to give me an overall roof health assessment. We haven’t had it looked at in years, so that was hugely helpful in our planning ahead and for some peace of mind for the time being.We so appreciate Eric and his crew and would highly recommend Above and Beyond. Call these guys first. I’m lucky a friend referred Above & Beyond to me. I spoke with three other contractors that all attempted to sell me on unnecessary repairs. I had a leak next to my chimney. One guy said I’d need a whole new chimney, one guy said a new roof, (my roof is 5 years old and he was obviously a clown)Above And Beyond are the type of contractors you want to do business with. They came out, diagnosed the issue, explained it in a way I could easily understand, and solved the problem. Turns out I just needed some new flashing. My husband and I searched for a reputable company for our siding project. We searched the internet and met with several companies. We met Joe the salesperson for Above and Beyond and found him to be honest and caring. We had several changes regarding color and style. Joe was very patient and understanding. After we made our final decision and the order was placed, Eric’s team of professionals arrived and did a fantastic job. The work on the house was more then we expected. They truly went above & beyond to provide quality service and treated us with respect.As you can imagine, being a homeowner can get stressful at times! We have a unique situation where we live in a Townhouse (with an Homeowners Association) and we've been experiencing random leaks when it is raining hard and is super windy. As you can imagine, as homeowners we needed to figure out the root cause of the issue prior to us kicking it up to the HoA for next steps and unfortunately, not many vendors want to deal with our situation - which is understandable. From the vendor's perspective, they can come out to inspect, diagnose the problem, and provide a quote - but all that hard work usually doesn't lead to them winning the business. From the HoA's perspective, the homeowner needs to first determine the issue from a licensed professional with their diagnosis. So we were essentially in a chicken or the egg situation.After calling numerous vendors, I was able to get Joe to come out this past Friday morning. Joe was very detailed in explaining what might be the cause, taking a look at the problem from different angles, etc to determine if the problem was indeed coming from within or from the outside. Joe even helped cut a section of the drywall (at the problematic spot) and took detailed pictures and explained what he believe was the issue and how to fix it. Joe went a step further and sent us the pictures with his notes on his findings. This was a wonderful experience and IF we can hire them to fix our issue, we will make sure to call them!

My roof started leaking and I needed someone quick to look at it. Eric took the call and set me up with a quick appointment due to the urgency. Joe came to give the estimate. Eric and his crew were wonderful. I admittedly was a tough customer and asked a lot of questions and needed a lot of hand-holding. Eric was great at answering questions promptly and thoroughly. When we scheduled a date to start, he and his crew were prompt, quick and very efficient. I have an old house, so when finding unknown rot, they were able to remove the rot and re-frame and replace the porch roof in a day! Eric was very upfront with everything and there were no hidden costs. They even picked up everything from the yard! I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I called AAB about a leak in my roof and to get an estimate on a new roof. Eric answered the call and told me someone would be at my house at 10AM the next morning. Joe arrived promptly at 10 AM and fixed the leak in my roof before I committed to giving AAB the job. This is really commendable. Joe answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the scope of the job.AAB removed my old roof ( 2 layers) and replaced my roof and gutters. I am very satisfied with every aspect of the job.Eric informed me about the job every step of the way including material/dumpster delivery and the date the job would begin and finish. Eric came to look at my roof when I was trying to get solar installed about a year ago. Unfortunately the solar deal fell through and the project went on hold. When I called Eric a year later, he not only was responsive and friendly, he called me on Sunday and actually remembered coming out to look at my roof. No pressure transaction also offered great financing options. The crew worked a very hard, extra long day because rain was In the forecast for the next morning and they didn’t want to leave the roof half done. Great work ethic and generally nice guys. Other than a hiccup with the skylight order (not Eric’s fault) everything was on time as agreed. The team arrived on time and cleaned up nicely when done. Would strongly recommend Above & Beyond!
