All i have to say is wow. Nicole and jersey roofing solutions hit it out of the park. Nicole came to us asking if we were interested in a free inspection of our roof due to recent wind storms. (Something free in 2022 is nice). After nicole and the owner nick completed our inspection they found MULTIPLE damaged shingles on our roof. We contacted our insurance company and found out that after the adjusters inspection our roof was covered! Nicole walked us through every step of the way answering questions and assisting us in color choices and how the whole claim process works. She immediately had us scheduled within days of our payout and our roof was completed in one day! Can’t say enough about how professional and clean the entire company was. After the hail storm, we had damage to our roof. As most of you know there was lots of roofing companies making their rounds. We decided to go with Jersey Roofing Solutions. When you call you have a direct line to the owner, Nick. He answers messages and texts in a timely manner. He explains everything and keeps you informed along the way. We were approved per insurance for a full replacement. Working with him was easy and I can't believe how fast we got a new roof. We had our shed roof replaced as well. Nick is efficient, knowledgeable and made the process seamless. His crew is awesome and did a great job! We're so glad we chose to go with this company. I met with Nick to have my roof inspected and from the first time I met him, he was very knowledgeable and responsive about my questions. The roofers showed up as scheduled when I was leaving for work and I came home to a beautiful new roof on my house and shed, as if no one was even in my yard. He showed me various colors and styles and was happy to explain the process. And, I love the ridge vent compared to the old/outdated eye sore of a venting system I had. I was referred to Nick at Jersey Roofing Solutions by a good friend. I asked Nick to inspect my roof after I noticed some shingles missing. He was responsive and came out when he said he would, right on time. He did a complete inspection and took the time to go over options with me. My roof was damaged so ultimately the result was roof installation. He explained how he would complete the project and we agreed to move forward. Roofing material was delivered right when Nick said it would be delivered and his roofing crew was at my home exactly when he said they would be. Despite having 2 layers of shingles on my house, his crew finished the job in one day! I have a 2 story colonial! His crew worked quick, knew what they were doing and set up tarps around my home, to collect the old shingles and other debris. They even put a tarp over my above ground pool to protect it! When his crew left you would never have known they were there. They really went the extra mile to make sure they cleaned up. Nick, who checked in with them when they were at my home, was also checking the cleanup efforts himself when they finished. The new roof looks great ! I wish Nick did siding too!
