Mark and Tom walked us through the bidding process, demolition and construction of our home while explaining everything each step of the way. This company has the experience and knowledge to answer any and all questions. The estimates provided were on target and they kept everything on schedule. Mark and Tom eliminated all of our stress by providing invaluable suggestions and support. They are truly experts in their field and genuinely good, caring people. Todd Eastman was professional and honest. His roofing team did a fabulous job demolishing the old roof and installing the new one. They took great care not to damage our shrubs, etc. and cleaned up all the debris, down to the last nail. I highly recommend this company.Service: Roof building

Our organization, Common Ground Grief Center, recently completed an addition to our building, built by the wonderful Herrmann brothers, Tom and Mark. These 2 brothers were simply wonderful to deal with, from start to finish. Aside from the great quality of their work, the one thing we truly appreciated was the timelines of their responses. Tom is the one in charge of all coordinating and scheduling. He would respond immediately to any inquiries...he never, ever did not respond in a timely fashion. This was very much appreciated especially since we were on deadlines with completing construction. Both brothers are enthusiastic and caring about their work. They "bent over backwards" to help with so many things for us. Both Mark and Tom were so pleasant to work with, making things so much less stressful on our end. I would not hesitate to use Herrmann Construction again on a project!

After completing several project at our home I was very surprised by the uncooperative treatment by Mark Herman and his construction company. I have called and left messages as well as actually speaking to Mark about a loose board on our front porch. This is causing a dangerous situation for everyone going up or down the steps. A few nails will fix this problem but Mark has not stood behind his work and has not fixed this dangerous situation. I have sent pictures show him the problem. The most concerning point is that he does not return any calls and has left me with no options.
