We moved into one of Nicks newly built custom homes in Spring Lake and couldn’t be happier. His creativity, responsiveness, professionalism, honesty and attention to detail both inside and outside are second to none. He is willing to personally roll up his sleeves to do the work and continues to make himself available to answer any questions that we have.We also have had the pleasure of working with and getting to know Larissa as well the rest of the family and are fortunate to be able to call them our neighbors in town.Services: Tile work installation, Install flooring, Landscaping, Garage design & building, Fan installation, Paint indoors, Project management, Exterior painting, Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation, Flooring

We recently purchased a 100-year-old home in Spring Lake. It needed cosmetic work, or so I thought. After contacting LIV Construction and speaking with Nick, the owner, I felt I have found the person and the company to make all of our dreams come true. Nick was professional and had many ideas and was a pleasure to work with on our projects. I brought him many photos, and he was able to turn our photos into a reality. Our project started with front steps, as the existing ones were deteriorating. Nick and his skilled team were able to completely transform the stability and appearance of our steps with brick and bluestone. After the completion of the steps, we realized the entire porch needed to be replaced. I approached Nick again and he came back with designs and ideas that blew our minds. The porch had to be rebuilt down to the studs, and the end result was magnificent. Our porch from the beginning to end was completed in a timely manner and within our budget. Strangers and visitors alike all comment on our front steps and the exquisite columns that Nick chose. I have completely renovated two other homes, and I would say that Nick was the easiest Contractor I have ever used.
