Great team... This list should explain! Easy to work with and I keep going back!2018 Mike did our pre-move in renovation (new hardwood floors, opening/removing walls, painting).2021 after hurricane Ida flooded us, Mike rebuilt our basement and first floor.2022 he added an extension to our 2nd floor, replaced entire roof, replaced all siding, replaced driveway and built new walkway, new portico and foyer.2023 they rebuilt our backyard deck and a bathroom renovation.Thanks for all the work!

After many years of expensive annual upkeep on my cedar deck, I decided that it was time to replace it with a composite deck. After speaking to several contractors, Mike Morse at Premier Construction stood out as the one who had the most experience with composite decks. He came to my house with a selection of Trex decking materials which made the selection process very easy. I chose Trex Select Pebble Grey. I needed a creative solution to a complex railing problem, and Mike came up with an innovative idea which worked out perfectly. Mike made sure that the deck was constructed properly, overseeing everything from the trim to the proper supports for the stairs. Mike is a pleasure to work with. He is very accommodating and always goes the extra mile. Everyone at Premier was professional, clean and respectful of me, my property and my house. The deck came out better than I had imagined. I would recommend hiring Mike without any hesitation.

I have dealt with contractors of every walk of life and grade in the book. Here is my review of Mike and the Premier team. They are clear with their plans and dealing with our budget. They follow up before, during and after the project. They show up as planned, no calling to find out what is going on. I am more then satisfied with the craftsmanship and details, Mike and crew took on making our bathroom remodel a very satisfying experience. Me and my wife would give 6 stars if it was an option. Thanks Mike and crew for meeting our expectations, from start to finish. When other projects come up, you'll get first shot at them all.

Mike and his crew refaced my deck with TimberTech. They took it down to the bare bones and brought it back to life. They made it stronger and now I have a beautiful deck that I can enjoy.This is the best construction crew that I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them and I do plan to use them again.

Mike and his crew are absolutely the best. He executed a fairly complicated project for our house recently. It involved 3 Tier Cambridge Retaining wall construction & walk ways in our backyard that is almost 0.75 acres! He helped us scope different ideas within our budget and gave us realistic timelines that he followed through on.He was responsive, punctual and took the time to patiently explain the technical details to us. Being nervous first time homeowners, we had a lot of questions for him and he was also prompt with answering all our questions. He dealt with all the needed permits and inspections and kept us in the loop. If I ever needed any other work done indoors or outdoors again, I am not going to go to any one other than Mike!

Kitchen Renovation & DeckI would like to say that I am so very pleased with the new kitchen and deck that Premier Construction & Renovation Systems staff has designed, built and installed for me. The cabinets are beautiful! The workmanship is outstanding! Spot on with all the details! The Timber Tek Composite deck was a great idea vs. traditional wood deck materials. No more splinters, staining etc.Thank you so much for a wonderful job! Highly Recommend!
