Tread lightly!! Or not at all. ReadOn. Our bathroom Renovation was completed but we experienced push back when the shower had a plumbing leak. They insisted it wasn’t the new shower. Until we pressed to reopen the ceiling below where the water mark was. It was only then did they admit and see a problem. Phone calls not returned. Both owners went from helpful to defensive. Subs leaving a mess in work space. I could go on and on. Their subs is one man with a crew for everything. Sounds odd? It is! They Had to redo the entire shower floor and when they did open it up, the water was not shut off and they water gushed down the wall below and in our light fixtures, so more repairing. Painting. We had our concerns over the subs and with good reasons, we had to have different painters come back and redo as it wasn’t done properly. More money spent to fix Manny’s crew sub par work. The lights installed are not placed evenly. When trying to address these issues the owners became rude and defensive. The bathroom is done, but the stress during the process and owners disconnect when problems came up was very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Strongly recommend to stay away! I had this company renovate a house I bought which included three bathrooms, complete new kitchen. The number of problems they have caused are too numerous too list here. But here are some:1. They renovated the upstairs bathroom. Took out steam shower and the steam vent pipes from my roof. Then left two holes in my roof from those pipes. It was discovered by the gutter cleaning company after four months of rain and snow going into my roof. When I called them, Antonella said she didn't know what happened to the house after she left as if homeowners regularly remove pipes from their attics and leave holes. See the photos of the roof. I had to pay thousands for that to be fixed by actual professionals.2. Every single appliance they installed for me has problems. Currently (four months after installation) my wall oven is not working. It's still under warranty but Samsung technician says it's due to installation and they need the company that installed it to remove it so they can fix it. Manuel the construction crew foreman hung up on me today saying it was not his problem. This is not including the problems I've had from their installation of washer and dryer. they did some sort of wiring that nullified my five year guarantee.3. I got flooded three times because of faulty sump pump installation. The first time, they installed a pump and left the outlet pipe infront of the basement window where the water that was pumped promptly returned from the window. The last flooding happened because the second sump pump they installed (an extra one) was installed with the check valve upside down thus never actually worked. I have sworn affidavits from two separate plumbers who fixed this if anyone is interested. I acquired those to file my complaint against them.4. I have never seen worse workmanship on anything in my entire life. Spots where paint is left unfinished, the kitchen cabinets without toe kickers and one missing shelf. See the photos.5. They renovated one bathroom and built 2 new ones. Two of the bathrooms have no heat. They didn't think to run the HVAC system to the bathrooms so my pipes froze regularly all winter. Also, they claimed this is not their fault. I should have told them that bathrooms should have heat.All of these are on top of quadrupling the estimate of time and money. It took them more than a year to finish a renovation which they told me would be 3 months. Also, once they started the work, everything that should have been included in the original work was 'extra'. For instance, the kitchen renovation required the removal of a side door. That's where we moved the kitchen. Logically, if you are drawing up a kitchen where there is no door, the removal of the door should be included. But it wasn't. In the middle of the renovation I was told, removal of that side door was extra, and I also had to pay another extra $1200 if I wanted them to actually put siding on that door after it was removed.To some degree, we understood the time and budget overages as it was during the pandemic. But the biggest issue is that they never take responsibility. It is always someone else's fault. I gave them six months to make amends, but she did not even reach out. So here I am in a very expensive kitchen with a very expensive oven that doesn't work and the technicians won't touch because it is an installation problem and the people who installed it hung up on me saying it's not their problem.

Antonella and Nadia were fantastic to work with. We did a huge kitchen/living/dining remodel. They handled everything, from bringing us tile and cabinet samples, to sharing smart design ideas and suggestions, to managing schedules and relationships with the plumber, electrician, construction crew, and town inspectors. They were efficient, organized, and very patient. And it came out better than we’d even imagined.
