I have nothing but love for Navarro & Sons Roofing & Remodeling. As a REALTOR, I am constantly amazed by their consistent excellent treatment of my clients. I never get the sense that we're being taken advantage of. Joseph, their representative, is the most polite person I've ever met. They always manage to arrive promptly. Furthermore, Joseph is always patient and attentive in addressing all my questions. Thank you for making me feel like I'm your only client! My roofing gutters in Montclair are simply outstanding!

joseph was absolutely phenomenal! we encountered a roof leak and contacted six major roofing companies, who had us waiting endlessly just to schedule an inspection. their cost estimates were sky-high and they all seemed more interested in a complete roof replacement, which we didn't require. however, when we reached out to joseph, things quickly took a positive turn. he was punctual and professional, arriving exactly when he said he would to investigate the issue. the same day, he sent us a very reasonable quote via email. to our relief, the leak was fixed the following morning! based on what we've observed so far, his team, including darrell, did a superb repair job. i won't bother reaching out to any other roofers in the future. it's hard to come across such an honorable businessman in montclair these days. don't think twice about contacting him if you need a roof repair!

Darrell and Joseph arrived promptly and were very professional. They offered visual evidence of our roofing issue, providing us with photographs both before and after they had completed the repair. The office staff were also professional, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
