We’re completely satisfied with M&M Construction Specialist. Their estimate was accurate and detailed to our specific request. Every appointment was on time. The crew was polite and worked hard to complete our roof in one day. They made the necessary repairs that were needed to ensure the roof’s integrity. They also completed some additional exterior carpentry work that we had been putting off. The clean-up was immaculate. We’ve received many compliments from our neighbors on our new roof!

This is the first full fledged non handyman construction firm that I have used and found them on Angie's list. If you look at their credentials alone you would be amazed but sometimes credentials mean ridiculous inflated rates, flashy extras, only use their showroom and not meeting the quality expectations for the high price.M & M was nothing like this. It is a veteran owned company which is not heavily advertised and the owner carries many of those traits of Honor, Courage, Commitment, integrity and dedication to the job and holds his employees and subs to those standards. After having issues in the past with other contractors who don't meet deadlines and do other jobs while doing yours. I wanted someone who would be dedicated to mine and that's what I received.On the first day your floors and carpets are covered and protected and everything in the house is well maintained. The owner gives you a detailed vision of your expectations vs reality and how the room will look when complete. The finance manager is in contact with you through each phase of the contract and there are no hidden costs. Their foreman running the job is extremely skilled, professional and knowledgeable and we enjoyed having him on the job.The owner is also there making sure the job is being executed properly.I have already referred them to family and they will be doing multiple jobs for them. I trust them for the future jobs that I will have and am glad that we've found a competent contractor for our future household needs. Love these guys.

We had a leak in our ceiling from the floor above caused by another contractor and we called M&M to help. They came out the very next day to asses the damage and start the work. This is the second time we've used M&M for a project in our home and I will continue to use them for future projects. Their communication is great and a project manager comes by the house every day to ensure the project is moving along in a timely fashion. They are always considerate in our home. Highly recommend!

We received a Top Flight bathroom rebuild from M&M Construction Specialists. Their dedication, hard work and attention to detail sets them apart and I caught their man Walter working as if this was his own home. M&M gave us the best 5'X7' bathroom money can buy. I am beyond happy with the work that M&M did. They by far have the most respectful and efficient team and subcontractors. Contacting M&M was super easy, they always pick up the phone and answer emails. They redid my bathroom and I can't begin to tell you how perfect it came out. The entire thing was done within 2 weeks, I couldn't believe it. I plan on using M&M again for all my future projects. I really can't thank them enough!!

We used M&M to totally rip out our Jr Master bathroom and “remake it.” Other than things they could not see at the time of the estimate, there were no change orders and everything was done very promptly with very friendly subcontractors. The cost estimate they gave me back in March held for work done in late August. That says a lot about their integrity. Finally, when there were some issues (as there always are), they addressed them promptly and took responsibility. The one thing I would suggest, is make sure that Mark or Tom are the ones you talk with, give/get information versus the workers who are not familiar with the contract. This will help to avoid miscommunication. I would recommend them highly!

I was very pleased that I chose M&M to replace my roof. Mark was very knowledgeable and was very accommodating when I mentioned I was selling my house and didn't necessarily need top of the line material. He provided me with multiple quotes to choose from and did not pressure me to pick the best. The leaders and gutters were also replaced and all was done very nicely and quickly and no debris was left around my property. Plus all new plywood was put down which I needed. My roof and gutters look beautiful. Also, Tom, the office manager was very helpful and both he and Mark were very professional, pleasant and friendly to work with. I highly recommend this company.

This was a huge job and we'd never attempted major construction before. So we almost certainly drove them nuts. But we are thrilled with the finished product and could not have been in better hands. Mark was present at every step in the process, he was always available and worked with us to make sure our design priorities were addressed. We now have a third floor dormer addition (home theater and den space) where we once had a dirty old attic. There was a dedicated crew for the primary work, they were excellent and put us at ease. Mark wrangled the subcontracting work very well. Again, it was a large undertaking and we don't regret a thing. Well worth the time and price. Were there bumps in the road? Of course there were but I can't imagine having a better contractor for those moments. Highly recommend! P.S. EXTREMELY pet friendly :)

The company is a fraud. Work was incompetent and they didn't even honor their measly 1 year warranty. Didn't honor the warranty of the roofing material company. Didn't properly clean or prepare roof. Charged to repair a damaged area, but instead of repairing just slapped a piece of plywood over the damaged area to conceal it. When I wanted the warranty to be honored, I was lied to about the nature of the leak, and they wanted to charge me more.

M&M Construction Specialist replaced my roof and gutters. I had a leak over one of the bedrooms that is now resolved. I also changed the color of the shingles and it really makes the house pop. The crew was fast and efficient and cleaned up. I will definitely use them again the next time I have a home improvement project.

We hired M&M for a bathroom renovation to replace the tub, shower and flooring. They had to replace the drywall and painted the entire room too. It took about two weeks to complete. Mark and Tom are super responsive and work with you on any changes or add ons needed. The work was done by one person and another for plumbing which was nice. The work he did was very good and made sure to keep the rest of the house clean from debris as well. I would definitely use them again for future projects.
