Roman deserves the highest possible rating -- 100% plus -- for his excellent work. He has handled a variety of home improvement projects for my family since April 2019. As we prepared our home for photos for two family weddings, Roman's superb craftsmanship refreshed and updated our home -- making it look new. The photographers were so thrilled with the surroundings and produced so many wonderful photos that we could hardly narrow it down to final choices for the wedding albums.Roman is a superb craftsman -- an artist-- but he also has an in-depth knowledge of the most effective and modern tools for completing any assignment. I especially love his finishing carpentry -- the way moldings and wainscot complete a room with his skilled installations. His tile work is precise and beautiful too. He recently handled the greater part of a major kitchen renovation and his backsplash has been the talk of the neighborhood -- complimenting the newly installed granite to create a magazine worthy view.Roman is very efficient in completing all assignments. He works quickly and effectively while maintaining precision and care.Roman will continue to be my first choice for home improvement projects.

My husband and I hired Roman to replace our 30+ year old kitchen windows. In this market, it is so hard to find a reliable, honest, and fair contractor but Roman checked all the boxes. He was very fair and transparent with his pricing - he showed us the receipts for all materials purchased. He even kindly picked the windows as they could not fit in our car. What impressed us the most was how he was able to quickly pivot when he encountered a issue with the window frames. The replacement windows we purchased were much thinner than the originals so Roman had to build all new framing from scratch. He purchased good qualities products to do so and did an excellent job with the rebuild. I attached photos to show the craftsmanship. We plan to use Roman for future projects, would highly recommend him!

Roman came a day after calling to look at an issue we were having with our windowsills. He came and completed the work a day later. Roman did beautiful work and is clearly a craftsman. Roman is also very fairly priced, purchased all materials and showed a receipt for what he purchased. Roman also showed me the work as it was in progress so I could see what he was doing. I really appreciate all of this and would highly recommend him!

Roman is a true craftsman. I hired another contractor to put up a 2-story deck and he abandoned the project at the final inspections. Roman saved me! He was able to correct all the issues from the original build and inspection passed with flying colors. The inspector was pretty impressed Roman was able to fix the long list of items in such a short amount of time. The deck is now extremely solid. In addition the finishing work of the original contractor was not up to my standards. All the top rails had to be replaced with thicker wood. All Roman’s cuts were perfect! He patched holes in the waterproofing of the lower deck and put in a beautiful ceiling! Everything he did was at a very high level of workmanship! I highly recommend Roman. Roman did work in my house recently and he did an amazing job. He replaced a lower part of a drywall and some studs that were damaged due to moisture. He was very detailed with painting the room and installing the floor and door moldings.The final result is better than I expected. After looking around for a local contractor to help me with some unfinished projects, I stumbled upon Roman’s website and decided to give him a call and I am so glad I did. Roman responded to my inquiry promptly and came out to give me an estimate on the same day. Time was of the essence for me, as my husband was away on a work trip for only a few days and I wanted to surprise him with completing a few projects that had been lingering on our list for quite some time before he returned back home. Roman gave me a fair price, and outlined a plan of exactly what he would be doing on each day to make sure the project was done on time. Roman was able to reframe and rebuild a closet that was previously in very poor condition within several days time. Upon my request, while he was on site, he also assisted me with several other tasks (sanding a bathroom ceiling, and securing my dishwasher to the cabinets) at no additional cost. In addition to his professionalism, efficiency, and work ethic, Roman is also just a kind person, even offering to share his breakfast sandwich with me! Roman repaired hardwood flooring that was water damaged. When he was finished you couldn’t tell that there had been any damage at all. Roman made every effort to match the type of wood and stain. He wasn’t satisfied until his finished product complimented the undamaged hardwood floor. He added molding to provide a completed look, caulked where necessary and painted as well.
