Absolutely awful... Bought a new roof because the old one was simply old so I decided to spend the money and avoid water damage and issues. 10k later and all I have is water damage and issues. He lied about "needing permits" most likely bc he needed more time. Since the roof was installed I've had leaks. First I had flashing issues on the front porch... he sent someone by to fix it. The back porch has been leaking for a year now, I had no idea because there was no visible water. Now I need 6 bowls to catch all the random leaks. I called and I thought he would send someone to fix it, he never showed up had to call back and yell at him. He shows up and blames it on my neighbors roof bc they are connected. They have no leaks or water damage, but it sounded believable. They had the roof replaced and mine still leaks. Water would have to defy gravity in order to run against the pitch of the roof!

I highly recommend Marseli Roofing. If you are looking for quality work, attention to detail, thoroughness and very personable customer service all at a reasonable price you really get a tremendous value. Ash and his crew were top notch throughout the entire process of replacing my roof and then my gutters too. Everything was done to the correct code and it came with an excellent warranty. I am very pleased with my experience and I am glad that Marseli Roofing delivered a great job well done.

I had a new roof, gutters and downspouts installed in December 2021. I am thrilled with the results and I am definitely recommending Marseli to friends and family. The owner Ash was in contact with me directly throughout the whole process and he really could not have provided better service and guidance. I appreciated that he explained about the materials and process of the installation. I learned about the importance of a 'cricket' to deflect water and debris from forming a dam behind my chimney (my old roof did not have this) and he even gave solid advice on the choice of color for the roof and gutters. They use the top-of-the-line GAF shingles that come with a 50 year manufacturers warranty. It made a difference to be able to really trust that he took pride in his work and saw my house as a reflection of his company's good name. Plus his team handled all the paperwork for permits, which was a big help for a busy person like me to not have to worry about it.My house is a tall building, so the roof is quite high, but his team met the challenge head on and they are a great group of guys. They had the old roof removed and new roof installed all in a single day. Actually less than a day! And they were careful to make sure they hauled away all the old shingles and left the property spotless. Marseli is a good, local, family-owned business run by Ash and his wife Marilyn and I recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer who takes pride in a job well done and great customer service.
