Less than truthful sales team. We had went to look at a truck on a Saturday and made an offer on a truck the following Monday, financed and ready to purchase. We were then told they would get back to us, eagerly awaiting an answer on our offer.Rather than communicating they had another offer in they called and told us the truck had been sold. Clear communication would have been appreciated rather than leading us to believe we would be receiving a counteroffer. The client experience is not the priority with this dealership.

From the first phone call, I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the service department staff (unlike some Ford service departments I tried to call). Scheduling my F150 for service was uncomplicated and super accommodating! Although I reside an hour away, Smith Ford in Lordsburg will be my go-to service center from now on. Kudos to all the staff!

The check engine light came on in my truck outside Lordsburg NM, four days before Christmas. The Smith Ford service department moved mountains to have my family back on the road within 24 hours, to include finding a technician who agreed to come in on a scheduled day off and providing repair and maintenance services that yielded the best possible outcomes for us. Very pleased with the dealership as a whole and with the service team!

I had a major repair on my truck due my ignorance. Ryan in service took care of my issues quickly, including towing. We were kept informed on the progress of the work. I winter in Deming. I will drive to Lordsburg for all my services from now on. Best Ford dealer ever.

Customer service at Smith Ford is a joke. My truck has a power train electrical failure. All my dash warning lights come on and then truck will shut down. My truck sat at dealership for over three months and they did nothing to repair it. I went to pick it up and warning light immediately came on. They never looked at it. Now it's time for the lawyers to take over and recover my losses and fix my truck. The service dept is filled with incompetent employees. Stay away from Service dept

Smith Ford has serviced and repaired my truck for 15 years. I don't like going anywhere else. They always do their best. Most of all, I trust them. I was surprised by the high price of batteries. LOL. But everything is expensive now. I can't keep up. This is a good place.

I was on a long distance drive coast to coast. My front end on my Saab had started shaking noticeably, when it's normally smooth as butter. Turns out my front tires had the tread separating. Smith Ford found my tires in neighboring town, charged me the online published price for the tires, and normal reasonable labor rates. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere from my perspective, and they charged me fairly and got the tires and work done as fast as possible. I highly recommend them as an honest ,fast and excellent service place to take your vehicle.

Had to not take a chance and rotate my tires in the middle of a 2000 mile trip. Found the dealership to be not only friendly but understanding. Professionals found everything wrong and giving me heads up about it and their recommendations and concerns. Would travel back here just for the quick service alone. But would recommend it for everything they did. Including the things they didn't do...like hassle me for stuff I didn't want need or wanted to hear about. Also allowed my best friend (hound) lucy be in the service department while we waited.

Nelson and the whole crew were wonderful to work with. We knew what we wanted when we went in, and there was no pressure to look at something different, and the price was competitive. When we went in for our 5000 mile service, the service department was tied up with other customers, and Nelson (our salesperson!) took the time to get us checked in so that we weren't delayed. Absolutely amazing service! If you're in the area, it's worth an extra drive to visit Smith Ford. We were treated like family (not the black sheep kind!), and will definitely be visiting them again.

I would give this place a 0 stars if I could. Passing through and our ford was giving us problems…we were willing to pay whatever the cost to get home. They wouldn’t even look at our car to tell us if it was safe to drive. They sent us a mile down the road to the diagnostic center. Great guy who was very helpful.

We were on a trip out to Texas from San Diego and on our way our brakes began to mess up. We had no clue where we were but found this Ford dealership. They were very friendly and helpful and even sent a guy on an hour drive to pick up a part we needed instead of having us wait for the FedEx truck! Very hospitable considering we sat in their lobby all day and took control of the TV! Thanks so much!

My truck broke down about 20 miles outside of Lordsburg. It was near closing time however they immediately dispatched a tow and diagnosed my truck that evening. The next morning the parts were ordered and they provided a loaner to get around town. Great service, great work. They were fair and provided straight forward answers. My mechanic was Weston - he not only towed me in but did all the work on the truck himself and took time to drop me off at the hotel that night. I stopped by the garage and he pointed out the issues on my truck, all of which were obviously damaged. I never felt like they were trying to sell me unnecessary parts or services. They literally fixed what I needed to get back on the road but took time to explain things I should get checked out in the near future. It's a small business with only a handful of employees but I was definitely impressed. Just as a side note for those who have to spend a few days in Lordsburg. Don't be fooled by what you see - there's more to that town than meets the eye. Just talk to pretty much anyone from there. Bottom line - if you break down on 10 - call these guys. They'll do the right thing

Awesome service. Had to find a place for my wife's XT5 to get a tire mounted and balanced properly in Lordsburg, NM after a blowout on the way to AZ from El Paso. Don't waste your time with local yards as they don't have a tire balancer. Got us in and out in 20 minutes!Their sales guy was great too as I was admiring a New Ford Fusion in a sweet color! Chatted cars.

Service team was super helpful yesterday. Heavy winds through NM kept throwing the TCS off in our E-series motor home causing a safety concern. They took care of us and we were on our way in less than an hour. Drove through more strong winds through AZ and Palm Springs. Problem never came back. Thank you!

Traveling to Tucson with our F350, pulling our 5th wheel RV when check engine light came on. Did a quick search and Smith Ford was the closest. Called them up, found a place to unhitch and took the truck over. Wes and the whole staff at Smith Ford were GREAT!! Wes was able to not only address the issue but also got it fixed, restoring our peace of mind while traveling. It was an unexpected cost that day, but glad to know it is fixed. Thank you guys. ☺

Our F250 broke down at the Lordsburg welcome center. Smith was only 4 miles so we towed it there with a 16' trailer attached hauling a tractor. Smith repaired the truck in two days. They provided shuttle back and forth to the hotel. They also let us park our trailer on their lot. Very nice folks in the whole town. Great service experience.

Broke down outside Lordsburg and got towed into town. Took my truck in Monday morning and they looked at it first thing. Had a diagnosis within the hour. Ordered parts right away and got them in the next morning. Brian the Diesel tech, communicated directly with me and told me everything that was wrong and what would be the best course of action.
